I love Itison. The vouchers enable me an my family enjoy many treats.
I recently made an error and bought a voucher for the wrong hotel. Itison corrected my error swiftly without any fuss.

I attended the GlasGlow Zombie Zoo, paying £78 for two tickets which included fast passes for the non-existent queues on their first Saturday night, and four marshmallows X 2 (!!!), and was hugely disappointed.

While the technology, lighting and atmospheric effects were fun, the actual content of the event was incredibly underwhelming. Despite being advertised as a Zombie Zoo experience spanning approximately a mile, there was just one enclosure containing four actors portraying zombies in supermarket costumes. These were the only live zombie performers we encountered throughout the entire walk, and two of the four actors were busy with a zombie cage experience that allowed closer viewing at a cost of £10 each for two minutes!!!

The impressive production technology simply wasn’t matched by the substance of the experience, and I struggle to see how this represented reasonable value for money. It certainly wasn’t worth £78 for two adults, and I suspect even families would struggle to feel they’d received good value.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first itison event I’ve attended that has left me seriously underwhelmed. My advice would be to wait until genuine customer reviews start appearing before committing to tickets for their events, rather than relying on the promotional material. I’m currently pursuing a formal complaint with itison in an attempt to recover the cost of our tickets, as I believe the experience fell significantly short of what was advertised.

Furthermore, I've had no response to my complaint within the time frame their email acknowledgement suggested.

I use itison to book my favourite places to eat or stay whenever possible. Every time I do I find the experience runs smoothly including the rare occasions when I have made a mistake and need to make a change or get a refund. At a time of high costs it allows us to enjoy special occasions at as reasonable a price as possible. Thanks, itison!

They give you false information, and rob you of your money

Enjoy using Itison I have been using it more & more. Great deals and so easy to use. Great value for money. Lots of my friends use it too. I recommended it to a friend recently, she was delighted with the price of the hotel she booked. Keep up the good work.

There was no character interaction as you’d expect with the zombie experience. Get more of a jump scare walking past ibrox stadium

The system was really good and easy to use.

Have bought the same voucher a few times now as it’s great value and the venue is great. Drinks and service are good and it’s never crowded either.

Lovely food lovely people

Wonderful experience, first class hotel in a fantastic setting. A warm welcome awaited and all staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Lost a star from me as the lift was out of order and hotel in general looked very tired.
