be very careful if your trying to book things in this place not happy giving your money back
mostly good however purchased a spa day at the the emerate in glasgow over 100 weeks could not get booke up . no refund .now going to fair trading and ombudsman. not one of them reading from the same book unbelievable

Good service all round
Servuce easy to use and vouchers go into your wallet to print off. I have not been to the place as its at the end of this mth so I will see how it is. I would like to see more deals for high tea spa days facials etc. Good service all round

Would not recommend. Had a disappointing time in the Botanic Gardens which has been filled with AI slop by itson. They're an extremely profitable business, yet they choose to destroy human creativity with this disgusting practise.

I have used vouchers from Itison on a few occasions and every time the experience has been excellent with the options to eat out at beautiful restaurants were the food and staff have been first class and the savings you can make with the Itison voucher makes it even more enjoyable and Itison make it so easy to purchase these vouchers on ljne and no problems whatsoever when you use them to pay your bill at the end of the night Exellent.
