Used the dine now feature . Restaurant called when had already made way nearby for booking to advise no space and had informed itison not taking bookings that day. Hassle to get refund rather than credit and very little done for inconvenience. Wouldn't be keen to use again

Good value and good choices.
I have always found Itison deals to be of good value for money and the deals have been easy to book. The deals also give you a chance to try places out.
I always look at itison when I'm thinking of dining deals and getaway deals for my own use and as gifts for family.
