Absolutely no problems. Men very polite and attended on time.

Engineer was very pleasant and everything was carried out to a very good standard and no mess at all . He even gad a look at one of my radiators that wasn't heating , he bled it of air and it's now heating ok .

Service was prompt and engineers polite and efficient. The delay in getting a part and it being the wrong one on the first occasion was a bit annoying.
Telephone communication was a bit awkward. On one call the message that I was second in the queue continued while I was talking to the telephonist. Another time AI told me I’d get a call that day and asked if I’d prefer morning or afternoon. A bit confusing as it was already afternoon.

Easy to change arranged appointment to one that was suitable for me. Man arrived on time he was very pleasant and professional . Worked quickly and thoroughly.

Prompt arrival, straight to the job that was required. Had to get a part for the boiler which he quickly nipped to Irvine for, arrived back and finished the job.

The company sent me an appointment time via email for the annual gas boiler inspection.
The engineer arrived on date and time agreed, he called before arriving.
He was very presentable and polite and informed me before departing that the gas boiler inspection had been completed and passed.

Hot water was left running while he was outside. Not great at todays prices and gas box cover was left open a couple of days before I noticed. Anyone could have got to it. Phoning company was a nightmare as it now uses AI at start. Engineer nice enough

2 engineers arrived on time. Carried out work efficiently and were very friendly and thorough.

Annual boiler and gas check completed, all done quickly, no fuss or issues, friendly pair of guys who checked everything in about 15-20 mins and completed sign off sheet emailed to me this evening! Great service!

Lad was very good knew his stuff very knowledgeable about the company I’m thinking of a new boiler and he explained a lot about the installation 10/10
