Excellent course more than met expectations and no hard sell to join academy

Had a Amazing face to face session at Aspire Education in Yorkshire, training delivered by the amazing aspire team, very resourceful, thoroughly enjoyed the session, help to boost up my confidence in raising finance

I can honestly say I’ve learnt so much in a short space of time. Every module is crammed with vital information, personal experiences, advice and actions for you to take. Though I have found this quite fast paced and a little challenging to fully digest alongside caring for my young children, every session is recorded so you can review it in your own time, questions are always answered during sessions and through the online community. No question is a silly question!

I love the fact that Jamie and the team are down to earth, honest and genuine everyday people like myself. I was initially drawn to Sam’s high energy, quick whit and approachable nature but I noticed that these qualities are clearly an essence that runs through the whole mentoring team and ethos of the EPTA. The fun tasks and challenges have not only helped to support & develop our skills but it has brought the community closer together.

I can’t wait to fully implement what I have learnt and with their support start excelling in my property journey - not just for me but for my children’s futures too!

I wanted a good mentor and educator to support me in launching my own property investment services business. I had a look at other educators but was frustrated with how they seemed to walk you through a basic warm up then hold back the "real" coaching just behind the next paywall.

It was really refreshing how Jamie York and his team actually set a decent pace and got me out on the track from the get go. I signed up for Aspire Education's "Fast Track" online course and attended their 3 day Boot Camp. I was amazed at how much concrete information Aspire conveys in each module; not just describing general strategies but giving the actual step by step process of what I need to do to set up my business from scratch.

I found instructors Jamie and Sam really approachable and down to earth. They are open about the steep learning curves they encountered on the way to their own success, and shared lots of real life examples and visual aids to support the education process. Both are encouraging, positive, and seemed to genuinely care about each person in attendance having a good experience and coming away with valuable understanding to act upon.

A note here is that Jamie and Sam do tend to use colourful language, so those who are uncomfortable with swearing and profanity should take that into consideration.

Each day of the Boot Camp was jam packed with detailed information and very relevant guidance. Some topics were completely new to me, so it was really good to have that in person instruction and the opportunity to ask questions and have things explained at my level. I felt I was getting properly educated and it has given me a lot of confidence to take the leap into entrepreneurship.

I feel highly satisfied with the value for money. Jamie York is rather generous in sharing some very nice extras on the admin and practical support side, such as an annual checklist of how to keep a business up to date with professional compliance, contract templates, and more. I really like it that in addition to what I gained from the live event, whenever I want to review a topic I can go back to the online lessons and refine my understanding even more.

Jamie and Sam were up front about the fact that for a fee there are even higher levels of mentorship and education available from Aspire. However there are no "trade secrets" held back out of reach, it is just a question of individual goals and what each person intends to do with what they have learned.

It is presented as an option and not mandatory to one's ability to excel. Aspire really seems to respect that their students are individuals. They seem to get it that just as not every person who has health goals wants a gym membership and personal trainer, some people with business goals just want to learn the exercises and then work out on their own. But if somebody wants the support and momentum of having a network and ongoing development, Aspire has a variety of attractive educational services and mentorship plans to offer.

Aspire Education delivered a satisfying pace of instruction that helped me make substantial strides along the track of my success.

The education modules with Jamie York and his team are second to none..
If a doctor didn't know how to treat a simple ear infection after 12 years of training he would not be worth his salt. The same can be said for this young man Jamie York. He's taken the bull by it's horns and didn't look back where property trading is concerned. He learned from experience because of his background and circumstance, he could have sink or swim :) With the experience he has gained in the field of property over the past 12 years he's able to deploy his expertise and knowledge effectively in such a way that it can be actioned in such away that you can do what he does without the 12 years grind.
Jamie and his team has designed educational modules into doable and actionable units that even the likes of one like me can a simulate evaluate and make use off Education delivered like this and the attention to detail has become obsolete in today's grab and dash offers. So much appreciation from me for his transferable expertise in the world of property today.

So much value in each weeks 2 x 3 hour long live sessions.
Sooo much to learn & absorb. Great the sessions are recorded too, enabling you not only to re-watch, but also stop & start & follow yourself what is being demonstrated.
Good to meet some of the other mentors too presenting different sessions and hear their backstory through Aspire too.
Demanding with homework, with all the business set up, compliance, contracts, nailing down your area & your strategy, it can be hard to keep up, but certainly keeps you moving forward at pace.

I searched the market for an authentic property course which suited my style of learning and values. I kissed a few frogs along the way with free tasters and a couple of two day events and sat through some really intense sales pitches before I came across Aspire and their Elite Property Trading - Training Academy Course. From the very first contact I knew I had found the right fit for me. Honest, reliable, genuine, knowledgeable, personable, professional but real too and great value for money.

This is already life changing stuff and suitable for anyone at any stage of their property journey- the training cohort peer community is nurtured, respected and encouraged and is part of the support system in between the twice weekly live sessions.

To Jamie, Sam, Dan, Daryl, Melissa, Jackie, Steve, Ryan, Craig, Andreas, (I hope I haven’t missed anyone!) and everyone else involved in putting on the course. I am and always will be forever grateful for this life changing adventure I now find myself on! I chose well and I chose the best of the best that is out there too!

From our experience the quality of property education by EPTA and their mentors, far exceeds any other property educator. There is a huge gulf between EPTA and one 'educater' in particular that we joined. It is a shame we didn't come across EPTA before, but everything happens for a reason.
Their attention to detail is second to none. They not only teach you the right things to do, but the pit-falls to avoid as well. Right down to making sure you are legal and compliant before you start trading. They want you to succeed and help you understand you find difficult or didn't understand during each lesson.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been on property courses before but this Jamie York course is miles apart. They explain everything in easy to understand language. (I say explain it to me like I’m a child). Every session is recorded so you can go back over everything again and again. They breakdown point by point how to do each task. And it’s so reassuring that if you have questions, there are mentors that are always willing to answer them. In the sessions they do role play between the mentors so you can see, hear and learn from them in real time. Also showing examples of how to do things and importantly what not to do. They are approachable and speak with us, not at us. Jamie, Dan. Sam and all the amazing hi energy passionate mentors keep you fully engaged and excited to learn more. I would highly recommend this outstanding course to everyone.

I did my homework prior to joining the EPTA course, by reading a number of positive reviews. It was immediately clear to me, having looked into other educators that EPTA would be far superior to their competitors - this has 100% proven to be true! 🌟

Although I have not yet finished the course, each session has been thoroughly engaging, all of the mentors (Jamie, Dan, Sam, Ryan, Craig, Steve & Jackie) are supportive and highly knowledgeable! The group chat during each session is invaluable as all of the delegates are happy to help each other and in turn we have become part of a large, supportive network!

It was a huge added bonus for me to learn that each of the Mentors at EPTA will be available after the course finishes, should I need any help/assistance moving forward (which no doubt, I will!😂).

If you are looking for a course that can provide you with support, templates, step-by-step guides, knowledge of compliance, property analysis calculators and fun competitions to take part in then THIS is the course for you!! 🙌🏻

I have been with other companies who "do" property training, but EPTA is a training program far superior to the others. The twice weekly (Zoom) training time is so valuable. All the trainers, Jamie, Sam, Dan etc are so genuine. They provide so much valuable/actionable information; they are willing to share the wins and the fails (so you can learn from their past mistakes rather than make them yourself); they provide access to extensive resources, and answer questions during the session (not just at the end), which, to me, signals that they are not just teaching from a script but really know their stuff. My only criticism is the speed at which the material is delivered, for me it is too fast! Twice weekly 3 hour sessions with actions to take before the next session means that I always feel like I'm trying to catch up. I would prefer 3 of these sessions, 2 in the first week, 1 in the second, followed by the 4th which is a catch up session. In this session there would still be a zoom call you can join, but all you do is action stuff and have a mentor available to answer questions if needed, but there is no actual training that day. It would make me accountable to get things done!! All in all though I think this training is great value for money, I've learnt so much but I'm just struggling with time to action everything.

My Experience with EPTA – Elite Property Trading Academy

Being part of EPTA (Elite Property Trading Academy) has been a really valuable experience for me. When I first started learning about property investing, there was so much information out there that it was difficult to know where to start. EPTA has given me a much clearer structure and, more importantly, a practical understanding of how the property business actually works.

What I particularly like is that the training goes beyond simply finding properties. The modules cover the complete property journey from understanding strategies and analysing deals, through to finding and working with vendors, marketing, negotiation, closing deals and building relationships with investors.

The vendor marketing and investor marketing modules have been especially useful because they have helped me understand how important marketing and communication are when it comes to sourcing property deals.

Another thing I really value is the mentoring and support. Having access to the training materials, recordings and supporting documents means I can go back over things whenever I need to, rather than feeling like I have to understand everything immediately.

Most importantly, EPTA has helped me move from just learning about property to thinking like a property professional. I now have a much better understanding of how to approach opportunities, communicate with vendors and investors, and build a property business strategically.

I'm still on my journey, but I feel that being part of EPTA has given me the knowledge, confidence and direction to take the next steps.

I would definitely recommend EPTA to anyone who is serious about learning property sourcing and developing their property business.

The Deal Packaging Course is fantastic. Jamie and his team have a wealth of knowledge and, more importantly, they have a brilliant way of explaining things so that everything feels achievable, even if you’re relatively new to deal packaging.

The course is incredibly comprehensive and packed with valuable information, practical guidance and strategies that you can actually put into action. Jamie doesn’t just tell you what to do, he explains the why behind it, which has given me a much deeper understanding of the whole deal packaging process.

What I’ve particularly appreciated is how much Jamie and his team genuinely want his students to succeed. Their knowledge, experience and willingness to share that knowledge really come across throughout the course.

The EPTA64 is very eye-opening as it theoretically covers a broad range of topics in order to understand the industry and how to become a good deal packager. It isn't afraid to tell it how it is and push you in certain aspects you would not be comfortable with. You can ask your questions as the presenter talks about each topic. Can't wait to put everything in practice.

EPTA has honestly been one of the best property education programmes I’ve been part of so far.

The quality of the content is excellent, everything is explained clearly, and I’m learning a huge amount that I can actually apply to my business straight away.

What I’ve particularly loved about Aspire Education is that it is so practical and not theory-based.

There’s a huge amount of knowledge being shared, but what makes it different is that you’re actually shown how to apply it in the real world. It’s not just sitting through hours of theory and taking notes — you’re given practical strategies, examples and guidance that you can take away and implement.

I’ve found that incredibly valuable because it has made everything feel much more achievable and has given me a far clearer understanding of what I actually need to do, rather than just understanding the theory behind it.
