Excellent Customer Service!

We had purchased a Jay-Be folding bed and a couple of the slats broke. I contacted customer service and Jayne, who responded, was absolutely fantastic! She dealt with the matter brilliantly and promptly sent replacement slats. The level of after care I experienced makes me feel pleased that we bought a Jay-Be bed.

Great company and real quality products

We've purchased two, two seater Retro sofa beds and a Jay-be mattress for a normal bed, and we have absolutely no problems recommending Jay-be and their products. The sofa beds are the best we looked at when buying, and are amazing pieces of furniture. The mattress is strong and a gives a great night sleep. The company offers outstanding quality and a super warranty, not to mention super after sales support. If you want the best then don't bother looking at all the rest!

Great Customer Service, Great Mattress

The customer service at Jay-Be is incredible, I rang them because I hadn’t had an update on my mattress after about a week and they got it sorted for me, I believe I spoke with Sara and Alice who were both so helpful and assured me I would receive my mattress which I did. The mattress itself is so comfy, it’s the Truecore Hybrid 2000 and I have no complaints, it was comfortable and useable almost immediately out of the box. I will say, the only reason I know how lovely their customer service is is because my mattress got ‘stuck’ at the Fedex warehouse even though it was sent out next day so it didn’t arrive as quickly as it could have. I can’t fault Jay-Be apart from I wish they used a different delivery service.

10 year guarantee

Sadly our mattress became defective after about 18 months , which is such a shame as it’s been amazing,so had to make a claim on the 10 year guarantee… I was expecting months of too and frowning , BUT after one initial email and then a photo of mattress I was told a replacement will be sent out within 1-2 days!
Absolutely amazing
Customer service impeccable from first contact.
Will definitely recommend these guys to everyone.

Great Customer Service

My bed arrived via Amazon with wheels and headboard screws missing. Easy to reach Customer Service, where Alice promised to sent the parts after I returned from a holiday..and she did exactly that. Took ownership and followed through..thank you Alice!

Jaybe Exceptional Customer Service

I bought a Jaybe mattress from Argos at the end of May for my Grandson who is just 2. It was vacuum packed and he wasn't ready to go in it then so we waited until last week which was the middle of July. When we broke the vacuum it almost immediately unfolded and on the top side the material had broken away at the seam. I contacted Argos who really didn't want to know and said all they could do was to give me a partial refund and I should speak to Jaybe. I contacted Jaybe on Wednesday and by Friday they had delivered me a new mattress and collected the damaged one that was returned to them. I couldn't fault Jaybe at all they were exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a Jaybe product in the future, unlike Argos who were extremely unhelpful and didn't want to replace the item even though they sold it.

Customer Service - Excellent

We had a slight issue with one of the clips that held the bed together. Sent the email on the Monday with Proof of purchase and received 2 new clips by the Thursday.

Excellent Customer Service

Absolutely amazing service from this company!
I sent an email regarding a spring not attached to the frame of one of their folding beds......the very next day I received a special tool, and was able to attach it myself. I cannot thank JAYNE for all her help in this matter. So very helpful.

Worst mattress we've ever experienced

We purchased the Jay-Be Simply Kids Foam Free Waterproof Spring Mattress for our son on the promise that it would be a very comfortable, supportive, medium firmness bed. We checked reviews which said that you couldn't feel the springs. Not only can you feel every single spring but it is very unsupportive. It moves like a waterbed making it very uncomfortable to lie on and difficult to get on and off the mattress. We are incredibly disappointed and will never buy from this brand again.

We are 2 pensioners and have a folding…

We are 2 pensioners and have a folding bed for additional visitors which had the feet damaged at Christmas. After unfruitful search for months I contacted Jay-be and the fantastic Jayne came back to me. Jayne used photos I sent of bed’s damaged feet to search for the model and sent me full info. Few firms are posting to Northern Ireland but Jayne negotiated a way to overcome the problem. I received my packet yesterday and we are overjoyed we now can use our spare bed again. This saved us having to purchase a new bed but without outstanding help from Jayne none of would have been possible. We appreciate Jayne going the distance to sort us out. Her attention to us was second to none and we have passed the firm’s name to all our friends
