Easy online process for clothes dryers. Website well laid and easy to filter and sort.
Speed of delivery is quicker than i could get to a physical location and bring it home.
Delivery drivers were polite and very helpful

Easy and quick! I shopped initially online and then called for a price match, customer service rep was awesome. Unfortunately the wrong colour was loaded on the truck, delivery guys were quick to contact Appliances online and arrange a next day delivery of the correct item. They took away the old dishwasher and all packaging. Pricing was excellent and delivery was free. Current promotion means I will get a Woolies voucher next month as well. Highly recommend.

Delivery of washing machine. Paid extra for the time slot window. It took all of 10 minutes to install. Told it needed a 10minute cycle and then good to use. The manual said otherwise. Appliances Online company should pay their drivers better if asking for tips - we do not live in America.

Ordering the washing machine online was easy.
It was delivered the very next day, as requested.
The delivery team were careful bringing the machine up our stairs and round corners. They took away the old machine and installed the new one. Tested it worked and gave me some advice about maintaining it. Very happy with the entire process. The machine works so well and is so quiet.

I bought a new BBQ - Napoleon Rogue 425.

Great price and smooth delivery. I had gone to a local store that claimed to price match and the store manager tried to claim goods from Appliances Online are never what they are advertised.

He couldn’t have been more wrong and less likely to ever get my business again.

I ordered a F&P 2 drawer dishwasher and paid the additional fee for installation. Long story short, F&P do their own delivery and installation but not to my location. Appliances Online refunded the installation fee immediately. F&P were to deliver the dishwasher to Appliances Online for delivery to me, but AO would not install either. The dishwasher needed to be installed by an accredited contractor otherwise warranty would be voided. There are none in my area. Appliances Online could not confirm delivery timeframe so I cancelled the order. It took many calls and emails to confirm cancellation. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund. AO are indicating they are waiting for F&P to confirm refund. This has been a cluster from start to (not quite) finish. I have used Appliances Online many times with no issue. This will likely be my last time.

Do not use this company. If they had a minus star i would use it. Quick at taking your money but slow at resolving issues. I ordered a dishwasher on 20 August with a promised delivery date of 6 October. After numerous phone calls to their 1300 number and several emails i am still without a dishwasher. No one in their organisation can give an answer as to why i am still waiting, all they say is we are looking into the matter for you, or we are calling our warehouse, or the supplier wont respond. No one calls you back when they say they will. When i asked for a refund they told me i had to speak to the manufacturer of the item even though it was AOL who was paid in the first place.
Update- after posting this review i contacted F&P who advised my item was in their warehouse awaiting AOL to pick up and had been for several days. How could i get such a quick update but AOL couldnt. Seems like someone is not doing their job adequately.

after waiting almost two weeks for mattresses to be delivered by couriers please, bought 2 x mattress from appliance online which were delivered within 24 hours if purchase! amazing.

Your service is absolutely amazing- to order in the afternoon and have it delivered the following day is so incredibly satisfying- the guys who delivered were terrific, friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AO to everyone.

Second washing machine I have ordered through Appliances Online. Ordered one for my Mum a few years ago and now one for me. Great prices, great service, delivered in 2 days. Highly recommend.

Ordered a Fisher & Paykel dishwasher back in June 2026 , told it would be delivered 24/7/26 didn’t, email then sent saying 23/9/26 to be delivered.. didnt.. today they dont know when it will be delivered. However I made a call to Fisher & Paykel and my dishwasher is sitting there waiting to be excepted by Appliances online. Extremley poor customer service.

I live in a regional area and I was absolutely gobsmacked that they delivered, to my door. This is unheard of these days! I had live tracking of the delivery driver and was contacted via sms and telephone to update arrival times. The driver carried my items in from the road and was really friendly. I would highly recommend!!
