Incorrect product sent by accident. Jay-be were quick to respond, very helpful in replacements and provided updates at each step of the process. Replacements shipped quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service.

No headboard
I had a Jay-be bed delivered before Christmas and used it in a hurry. In the New Year when I got round to installing the wheels I realised it had been delivered without a headboard. A third party mistake! When I contacted Jay-be customer service they couldn't have been more helpful and the headboard was delivered within 3 days which included a Sunday. Excellent customer service and so pleasant with it. Thankyou.

Bought Jay-be fold up beds over 10 years ago - they have replaced wooden support slats without question when broken - today I tried to get replacement slats and was told they no longer sell fold up beds with slats but wanted to replace the frame with their updated model (sprung not wooden) - amazing service and truly impressed with never ending after care service - above and beyond - thank you Jayne
Brilliant customer service
I sent an email to customer service as unfortunately when I collected my Jay-Be bed I had a few broken parts. Jayne responded to me quickly and was very helpful. New parts are being posted out to me so I don’t have to go through the inconvenience of taking my item back.

Bought my mattress just over 6mths ago.
Initially I found it great, very comfortable.
Unfortunately I’ve found some of the springs have started to protrude and this has hugely impacted the comfort of the mattress.
I contacted Jay-be direct (originally purchased through Next) and the customer service was impeccable, response came within a few hours despite it being a Sunday and my issue has been resolved within 24 hrs with a replacement mattress on its way.
This standard of after service is almost unheard of nowadays.
Others reviews of the mattress were overall excellent so presume mine was just unfortunate.
I’m looking forward to returning to a comfortable nights sleep again.

Fantastic Customer Service
To me a sign of a good company is not only good products, but how they deal with any issues you may encounter.
I purchased a Jay-be fold up bed from Argos, when it arrived the headboard was damaged, not wishing to return such a bulky item to Argos, I contacted Jay-be customer service.
I was asked to provide proof of purchase by email, and received a response saying a replacement would be sent as soon as possible. Within two hours I had notification it was to be delivered next day by Parcelfarce.
Unfortunately, despite being well packaged, it had been dropped and damaged.
A quick email and their customer service agent, Anya responded to say she would personally pack another with lots of additional edge protection, I’m glad to say this was received I damaged the following day.
However, the original fittings for the headboard appeared to be for a different model of bed, so I emailed Anya again, with a slightly humorous email, and had an equally humorous response back, saying they had just missed the post for the day, but the correct items had been sent first class post.
These have now arrived, and the bed fully assembled and put to good use.
I know we all expect things to be perfect, and it is frustrating to receive new goods that aren’t, but if the business has a great Customer Services team, who can efficiently deal with your issue and help to resolve it quickly and when some good humour it makes it all good in the end.
Well done Anya! Thanks for your help you are a great credit to Jay-be.

Excellent customer service
Jayne at Jay-Be rang in response to my previous negative review. (It was about the delivery by a third party retail company, NOT the mattress itself which I didn’t even get to try as the mattress was returned!) In view of this I am now revising the previous message due to the excellent customer service I received from Jay-Be. Hopefully I will now at some point be able to purchase from Jay-Be the mattress I had selected after I had done a lot of research.

Great customer service
I made contact with Jay-Be customer service to ask if I could add something on to an order I'd just placed and paid for. They were more than helpful and whats more,they sent the extra item FOC! Fabulous.
I bought the Crown folding bed so that an elderly relative could stay with us over Christmas for 3 weeks. They were really impressed with the bed and found it extremely comfortable. So comfortable they almost didn't want to leave!! Lol.

We purchased one of the Jaybe Modern 2…
We purchased one of the Jaybe Modern 2 seater sofa beds [in Mink] in August and were pleased with the sup[ply, delivery and especially the excellent build quality and materials used. It was far superior to another sofa bed we bought about 15 years ago.
We used it with great success over the Christmas to allow a guest to stay over. They advised it was solid without movement and very comfortable. 3 good nights sleep was had.
On putting the bed back into a sofa we noticed a small black plastic "plug" from beneath the frame was broken and on the floor.
An email with photos was sent to Jaybe who responded with an acknowledgment in 10 minutes. A further 30 minutes later they came back with an apology and that a replacement plug would be in the mail and should be with us in a few days.
So to conclude. A first class British made sofa bed from a company with truly exemplary customer response and service.
We are delighted and have no hesitation in highly recommending Jaybe and especially Jayne for her help and support.

High quality beds and customer service
This is an excellent company with high quality products and service. I ordered a small double bed through John Lewis and the headboard got snapped accidentally because we didn't fix it on the first time we used the bed. Despite being our fault, the company sent out a replacement very quickly, no questions asked. They responded quickly over email. The bed is very comfortable and well-made, and was indispensable over Christmas. We have lived with blow-up beds for years which always get holes in. The Jay-Be bed is a much more environmentally-friendly alternative. They also have spares in case anything wears out over time, so you don't have the throw the whole bed away.
