Easy payment

Dishwasher ordered, delivery company were amazing but it came dented from the supplier. Delivery company took this back but, I am not impressed with JD Williams return policy. I had to email them with the dented dishwasher pictures (thanks to the great delivery man) only to be told my refund will take 14 days PLUS another 5 days to hit my account. unfortunately I will not be purchasing anything from them again.

First experience of this company and very disappointed. Items received were not as expected, poor quality and ill fitting.
Items were returned 15 days ago via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and, having chased customer services, I have been getting email responses that basically deal with nothing. Feeling totally fobbed off at every stage and wondering if I will ever see my refund!

I had a problem with my phone and it helped me to get my instalment back on track

Absolute joke of a company. Passed checks. Ordered. Then they recalled my order just as it was about to be delivered. Absolute disgrace. No correspondence. Nothing.

Terrible service. Ignored all emails.

Then more intense security than the bank! Rude staff on the phone!

Product arrived damaged

Appalling! I paid £5.99 for next day delivery. Parcel was ‘missing’ (not their fault) so opened a case with Evri AND JD Williams. They never responded to my emails (I sent two and waited 24hrs). Eventually ‘spoke’ to someone via the chat and explained I’d been waiting 10 days (told I needed to wait another 24hrs). She refunded £1 of the postage (as this was the extra!). Surely you’d refund the whole amount. I’ll NEVER use again

My items arrived quickly and look gorgeous. There was a problem with my order and after emailing them, they sorted out my problem and could not have been more helpful.

This company uses EVRI to deliver their packages. Now is the second time that I place an order for next day delivery and of course it didn’t arrived when it is suppose to. Called the customer service and their answer was that they cannot contact the courier that they choose. And that the next day delivery is not guarantee but they charge £5.99 for it!! Fed up of receiving my order whenever it suit them. If you can’t guarantee the next day delivery don’t offer the service!! Big disappointment!!

Ordered boots for an important day. Paid next day delivery.
And did not receive my order which I needed for 4th August 2026.Evri said not processed and won't receive till sometime tomorrow. And this has ruined my day where I was going. Absolutely disappointed and think unprofessional. Will not be using them again

Item was delivered on time (display unit). However, after taking all the pieces out it was apparent that there were no assembly instructions in the box. This was over 3 weeks ago. Have contacted customer services 4 times now and gone through all the rigmarole of the chat bot first before you get to chat with a human. Saying that, the repeated non sensical responses I’ve been getting from them they are actually no better than the chat bot. Four times now they’ve fobbed me off with promises that someone will send me an assembly booklet. I’ve been lied to and told that they’ve emailed it to me (“I’ve sent it please keep checking your email and spam”) only to be told an hour later that they don’t actually have the ability to email it to me as they don’t have an instruction booklet. Piss poor. Would not recommend buying anything from them especially larger items of furniture etc

Abysmal first experience of using this company. I'm still getting delivery notifications - it's coming, it's delayed, it's coming, it's been delivered, etc. But it transpired the order never actually left the warehouse, despite my being charged for my items. I spoke to a very unhelpful customer representative today who was exceptionally hard to understand, and made passing security harder than talking to any bank I've ever dealt with. She tried to start blaming it on the delivery - it 'couldn't be delivered' - before admitting it had never actually been sent out. She said it will now be refunded - as a result of my call, this was not done proactively, despite it being their decision not to send out this 11-day-old order for whatever reason. This was a disappointing and wholly sub-standard experience from start to finish. As a first time experience with this retailer it couldn't have been much worse.

Been a customer for 5 years, Ordered £150 in Miller and Carter vouchers to treat my wife, Ordered cancelled immediately, account blocked, No explanation, awful service very disappointing.

Select option *pay for delivery" only for it to get delivered to the closest Asda it said upon confirmation of purchase.

Then we couldn't cancel either...

But yeah we got charged for delivery without them doing the delivery to door.

Don't expose that option.
