Vague delivery service / poor communication
Parcel already late then was due to arrive today, did not arrive and unsure on tracking where it is. Already had two Trustpilot review emails sent for feedback even before the item has arrived!

I can confirm your order is currently out with the courier for delivery today. I’ve also contacted you directly with the latest tracking details and further insight into your delivery.
We understand how frustrating unforeseen delivery timescales can be, particularly with the premature Trustpilot emails, which are triggered automatically and are being reviewed.

Items were as ordered
Items were as ordered, well packaged, no major damage and delivery was very prompt. The delivery driver was very helpful and took away the packaging. One of the tiles had a minor manufacturing blemish and some had very minor chips on their edges, although superficial in nature and wont affect their appearance once installed. Great service

Antwort von JJ Roofing Supplies
Dear Luca,
We’re sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in the condition expected. We take product quality very seriously, and we regret any inconvenience caused.
As per our terms and conditions, we issued a full refund for all items reported as damaged. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we also provided a partial refund of your delivery charge. While we do not typically refund delivery costs in the case of partial damage to products, we made this exception to reflect our dedication to customer satisfaction.
We always aim to handle concerns fairly and in line with our policies, and we’re disappointed that you feel this was not resolved satisfactorily.
We have contacted you directly via email today, to discuss further.

I had a great experience with JJ Roofing. I was looking for Marley plain tiles, which were very hard to find elsewhere. Sabir was incredibly helpful; he went above and beyond to track down exactly what I needed and kept me updated throughout the process. It is clear that the company invests in high-quality training for their staff. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.
