Excellent service and product

smooth hassle free experience and great value would highly recommend

Jamie did a great job sorting my order out and arranging delivery

I recently bought roofing tiles and ridges from JJ Roofing and had a great experience. Jamie was extremely helpful throughout the process — knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The service was top-notch and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend JJ Roofing and especially Jamie for anyone needing roofing materials.

I ordered some Corolux plastic sheeting from JJ Roofing Supplies. They were a competitive price and they promised a 3-5 day delivery service. That was on the 7th November. I had planned to use the plastic this weekend but it hasn't turned up and I have no idea when it will. I rang on Friday to chase but they don't seem to have any idea when it will arrive. Very disappointing :-(

Edit: the plastic turned up the following week. I should like to thank the lady at Customer Service, Helen Walsh, for getting things sorted out

Excellent service provided and only company who stocked the size we were after. Quick delivery and the chimney hats fit perfectly and look great. A huge thank you to the Sidcup and Cricklewood branches who both managed to sort it all out for us!

JJ Roofing has always been very good however it was an absolute pleasure dealing Helen Walsh. Shes swicthed in, calls you back as promised and handled my order without any hassle to me. Highly recommend

The Tills of Cricklewood Branch

Down in Cricklewood town,
JJ Roofing wear the crown,
But step to the tills, my friend —
you feel the vibes go down.

Faces long like Monday rain,
Eyes like “try that joke again.”
Serious service, no time fi grin,
Like you walk through a prison just to sign in.

Barcodes beepin’ — no reply,
Receipt slide over, cold and dry.
You say, “Bless up,” they stare right through,
Like you owe them money for smiling too.

But walk to the back, where the warehouse hum,
Forklift rollin’, bassline drum.
There you find a man wid a little more sun,
He say, “Easy boss, we’ll get it done.”

So I take my felt and I take my slate,
But I leave that moody till-gate late.
Next time I roll through Cricklewood way,
I’ll head straight to the back — where the vibes still play

Great service provided. I actually ordered the wrong width of coping stone by mistake. Contacted straight away after I had realised and JJ halted the ordered amended with no problem what's so ever and had the coping stones delivered on site not affecting the works progress.
Great service & material quality.

My corner tiles were delivered in 2 days which was really efficient. Very helpful customer services and tracking information.

I had an amazing experience at JJ Roofing Supplies! From the moment Carlotta took my order to the whole process of ordering she was friendly, helpful and simply top class with helping customers. Carlotta made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was top-notch, and I'll be returning!” Thank you JJ Roofing Supplies for being the best roofing suppliers in the UK!

Carlotta was god sent from jj roofing she helped me with everything that was needed whilst o was ok phone with her
And so was Helen well done to both of them

Excellent service every time one

Ordered 2 vents. They only sent 1 because 1 was damaged. So I had to order another 1 from roofing superstore and pay for delivery again. So I had to pay 2 delivery charges for what should of been 1 order and wait for the other vent to turn up.

The company was very helpful and the roof tiles arrived on the agreed date. Unfortunately, a large proportion of a relatively small order were damaged in transit, so I refused to accept the delivery. As the delivery was to the inner Hebrides, the company agreed to refund the money rather than risk the same thing happening again, and the money was promptly returned. I consider that JJ Roofing behaved very professionally.

Had a small problem it was sorted out straight away staff were very helpful and polite

Jamie was friendly and really helpful, assisting me with recommendations while I placed my order.
This was really useful, as the company do not hold every item, so some things, he arranged to delivered directly from the factory.
Me being a non-professional, Jamie's help was invaluable, huge thanks!

Excellent merchant. Competitive pricing and fast delivery. Products arrived from 2 different suppliers. One was slightly damaged (courier damage), but customer support was excellent. 1:1 human exchange, and the damaged section was replaced quickly and without quibble. Would use again!

We had a positive experience with JJ Roofing Supplies, primarily due to their outstanding customer service. Although we initially faced a discrepancy with the delivery times, Helen from customer service was exceptional. She quickly arranged a stock transfer and expedited the delivery to help us meet our urgent deadline. Their proactive communication and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a challenging situation into a successful outcome.
