DO NOT waste your money on any of their products. Do yourself a big favor and spend justba little more money on something else and you'll end up saving more in the long run by not having to replace them as often. Had multiple different sets of earbuds from them and the decisions this company makes are just baffling. Examples: consistently putting out products with massive pairing issues, effectively making them useless after buying; deciding to not have a lid on some of their headphone cases so they buds can easily just fall right out; changing the built in usb chord on many of their cases to a format much less people have an adapter for, I could go on and on. I just will never understand how a large company with resources can let mistakes like this slip through the cracks all the way until the products are on store shelves. It's just baffling.

No response to inquiries about orders placed. Sent three emails about my order and got no response. They seem to be more active on reddit of all places. Cancelled my order after five days of no response from customer service. I fully expect to have to do a charge back to get get a refund. I can't rate the customer service because I didn't GET any.

Absolutely will never buy from them again.

If you want earbuds that last 4 months then this is the product you want!

Just take your money and burn it instead of "giving" it to JLab as they will give you an inferior product and zero support.

Customer service started off with a bang and then ghosted me when they realized they had to cover a warranty.

Will NEVER purchase their products again and will ensure no one around me ever does either.

Absolutly shocking how bad their products are, their aftersales sales support is non-existant.

I purchase a rather expensive gaming mouse and keyboard, both of which have connection issues with multiple devices. The mouse especially does not respond 40% of the time, tracks badly and decides to select or highlight items on the screen whenever it chooses to.

Trying to communicate with there customer support department is just a waste of money, time and effort.

I would never purchase any other products from JLAB nor would I ever recommend to anyone.

I can’t review their customer service but I’ve bought three products; two pairs of ear buds and the GoWork Pop Wireless on ear headset.
All work well.
I’m not a sound snob, but I’m happy with what I paid and I can’t imagine the products being 10x the price being 10x the quality.
The Bluetooth connects well with all 3.

I bought the jlab air earpods cuz i lost my airpods.
1 quality of sound extremely poor, i have some really cheap Temu earbuds that perform better.
2 very uncomfortable to wear, my ears hurt after a while and they keep falling
3 very nonsense functions: i just touch them because they are falling from my years and it change dongs or activate siri.

My first purchase with Jlab (over the ear buds). Frankly, I’m not thrilled with the sound quality. I wouldn’t recommend the over ear technology either unless you’re in fear of them falling away. They’re awkward and difficult to manipulate , ( fine small motor dexterity required). Their prices are very affordable, but I guess you’re getting what you pay for here anyway…..

I have owned two pairs now(because I loose stuff all the time). The fit is great, sound quality is pretty good, and the battery life is brilliant!
My partner insists on apple wireless headphones, so I have been forced to use those in the past. But, HONESTLY I prefer these. I have very small ear canals(I think), so I have found I can swap ears between “assigned” buds, which is great when sleeping/sleepy, and considering i lost the left bud over a year ago!
Honestly and truly, these are so much better value for money than the other “fruit” versions!

Bought their J Lab GO Air Pop earbuds a few years ago and they are great!

Built in USB changing cable which folds under the case. Plenty of battery life, compact and work great.

Great sound and they stay in my ears. My other half has a pair of Apple AirPods but they don’t stay in my ears and fall out all the time.

I can’t recommend the GO Air Pop earbuds enough. They’re cheap but well worth it.

I purchased a pair of Jlab sports pro earbuds on the 17th of September 2024, within 2 months they stopped working, I contacted customer service by email and was asked for proof of purchase which I emailed back, I received a reply asking me to destroy the earbuds and video same by submerging in water earbuds and charging case which I did and sent by email to customer service, they replied telling me I'm covered under warranty and a new pair would be forwarded to me, that was 11 day's ago and to this day they can't tell me when I'll receive them as there is a supply issue, yet I can buy them now on their website today, i would sincerely steer clear of making a purchase of any of their products if this is the way they treat customers.

Very impressed with the customer service. Had a fault within the warranty period, and on providing proof was supplied with a code to get a replacement pair. Thank you!

I had bugit new JLab air buds but my left earbud is not working

I had 3 sets of Jlab sport earbuds The first would not pair after a few weeks of use, the second would not charge after a few days of use, and the third also would not charge after a few days of use. Although the warranty service is relatively simple and they do provide a discount code for use on their site to acquire a new set, it is worthless if you continue to that don’t work l. I suspect that the reason they give you a credit is hopes that Will purchase possibly more expensive pair. These earbuds were $30 so possibly the more expensive versions work better. I would highly recommend not getting a lab low end earbuds.

Worst experience ever. The item was faulty. Customer care kept me waiting for three months for a replacement which I was told I was entitled. I never got the replacement and customer care vanished to thin air

le produit est bon même s'il manque un peu de puissance et si parfois il peine à se connecter mais c'est surtout le service après vente qui est déplorable.
J'ai perdu un écouteur d'un modèle récent (Epis Air Sport) et récemment acheté.
Le SAV a refusé de me vendre un écouteur de remplacement.
Je n'achèterai plus jamais cette marque.

Faulty on purchase.True wireless Sports headphones, then got a replacement and that one was faulty as well. Emailed support. not interested in replying to issue. Wasted my time. Poor performance from JLab.

Terrible customer service and even worse products

Jlab wireless headphones Argos, didn’t last 3 months before stopped charging absolute carbage

Fully regret buying these. Intermittently lose Bluetooth connection in one ear phone meaning I have to go through the frustrating process of re-setting to factory settings, or when charging one earphone won't change. Went for the cheaper brand of earphones and regretted it.

I bought these at Walmart and spent over $100, and they lasted less than six months before the left earbud wouldn't sync with the right one. Jlab Customer Service said I was SOL and out of Warranty.
