Customer support is effectively useless…
Customer support is effectively useless unless you're inside the 2 year warranty period. All they know how to do is issue an RMA. Product quality is honestly quite poor and the headsets have repeatedly broken (I've had 3 or 4 now). This time sadly after 2 years, so I will be moving on from JLab.
Why the incessant, nagging battery message?
Why oh why when the jLab air headphones run down to 10% power does this incessantly nagging voice message keeps interupting informing me that the battery is low? I know, I know, l'm not stupid, unlike the design which renders the device useless when its only used 90% of its charge.Its not as if a nuclear bomb is about to go off, l'm not going to die. One little beep would do.

Terrible products and customer service
Terrible products and customer service. I ordered a pair of JLab Go Air Sport buds which were faulty on arrival. Amazon replaced these immediately. Then 32 days later, the replacement pair developed a fault where the left earbud volume was so low I couldn’t hear anything. Outside of amazons return policy I ventured into JLab’s ‘customer service’ and was told I couldn’t have a refund but if provided proof of disposal of the faulty buds, they would replace them. I didn’t really trust that this 3rd pair would be any better but after a weeks of trying to send video evidence of chopping up the charging cable and submerging the earbuds in water, I have not got anywhere and have had enough. The email responses were unprofessional and sarcastic. Even when the buds worked, charge lasted no more than 5 hours of use and the sound quality was below par. I only wanted a reliable pair of running earbuds and these were not them. Avoid.

I can’t praise this company enough. I recently experienced an issue with my ear buds which were just still within the 2 year warranty. I emailed them on a Saturday evening and received an immediate reply.
No I don’t mean an automated reply.
They were asking for proof of purchase etc so I replied on Sunday morning. I didn’t expect a further reply until Monday, but sure enough the reply was received the very same day and my warranty was confirmed. Instructions were provided by them on how to order replacements on their website which I did. Within 24 hrs I received a replacement FOC delivered by Riyal Mail recorded delivery.

Customer service nevers gets back to me after earbuds failed. They are within warranty but you cannot contact them if they simply dont reply.
great products backed by excellent customer support and warranty
I've been using JLab earbuds for a few years now and they have been great. Sound quality on all of the products I have owned has been excellent and they include features not usually found at their price point.
The earbuds have all been very reliable with the exception of one pair which started misbehaving after about 6 months. Unfortunately these things can happen but JLab support and warranty service was excellent - I simply provided them with a copy of my proof of purchase and after sending them an email to prove disposal of the faulty item I was sent a credit to redeem on the Jlab website. The credit is to the value of the faulty product as currently listed on their website and not the purchase price you paid, so you wont lose out if you bought the item on promotion.
You can redeem your credit against anything on their website and in my case I decided to pay a little extra and buy a higher end model.
The replacements arrived within a few days and are my best earbuds yet!
No JLab warranty with Ebay purchases
My new JLab earbuds are faulty 10 months into a 2 year warranty ... but JLab Support have informed me that the 2 year warranty does not count as I baught my new earbuds via Ebay.
Jlab a perfect brand!
Jlab, a perfect company. Jlab' customer-support is insanely well designed. I wrote a mail to them telling them my left earbud was not working properly anymore... In less than a minute a mail came back, saying that they wanted proof of purchase. Sent them the proof of purchase and, 1 minute later, they sent me a new pair. This is the best service you could wish for as a customer. No brand at this rough time we are living in will provide this service, just not hestitating but pleasing the customer. 5+ stars for me! The products btw, have a great, great value for money.

JLAB ANC EARBUDS - BEWARE - DO NOT BUY THESE EARBUDS - they are useless. They don't work with their old App or the new App and therefore you cannot control the functions whatsoever. Support was useless and dont take accountability for selling a product (In the UK) that is not fit for purpose. They are still advertised on all of their retail outlets in the UK. I paid £69.99 for them and they literally do not work. They dont even sell the 2nd generation in the UK (apparently the only ANC Version that work with the App) to replace them. It should be be illegal to sell goods that are not fit for purpose.
I have raised this with Trading Standards in the UK.
Terrible Customer Service
I've had the JLab Go Air Pop wireless earbuds for around a year and a half and they work really well. The case clasp has recently broken so it's a bit of a struggle to get them to charge. I contacted support and they were useless. I kept getting vague emails from a guy called Davian without any questions on their side of how to help. Before this I was going to buy another pair from them. Now I'll never use them again.
Bought the Go Air Sport
Bought the Go Air Sport, they were easy to set up and worked with all the features operating. Neat case with LED's to show charging. Decent enough sound for me anyway. Also, very comfortable to wear and no problems using them out and about. These are budget priced but the quality isn't. No complaints.
