Beautiful large showroom - we went on a monday morning and had the showroom almost to ourselves. The staff left us to have a good look around before asking if we needed help. We chose our sofa - and found some dining chairs to add to our order. We later added a new table by telephone and all were delivered on time by polite and helpful staff. We really appreciated the messages keeping us informed about our order. Brilliant service all round!

From the moment we walked in Sarah made us feel welcome and let us browse for a short time before expertly showing us around the mattresses and explained all the details.
We instantly decided on what we wanted from the advice she provided and then swiftly arranged the delivery etc.

Sarah was amazing helping us to work out which sofa would be best suited for us and talking us through the options, as well as giving us plenty of time to try out different options and discuss as a couple. Great service and left with exactly what we need at a great price!

Matt (wedge) was a great help , spent time with us and explained everything as we have never been in joseph James before . We then left with a lot to think about and we decided to come back to matt and maKe a purchase which we are very happy with . Now we cant wait for delivery of our lovely new sofas .

Was allowed to walk around the store without being hassled, after many visits to other outlets, i found a sofa that ticked all my boxes and got a bargain! I looked for a sales assistant who was happy to help james Hardman very friendly and helpful and aswered all my questions who also said i could have it delivered in a few days.
