What a brilliant hair dye.I have been colouring my hair for 53 years always dark brown.Whether it be a home dye or a salon dye I've always had red tinges creep through.Not with Josh Wood dye as after reading reviews I opted for 5.5 Brown as I read it goes darker so for me I have my perfect dark brown colour with NO red.In long term paying the extra for a top of the range hair dye is so worth it.Has covered all grey where all dyes I have used my grey always has that red/ ginger tinge.Will never go back to any other dye again.Absolutely brilliant.

Pink Gloss, v cute 3.5/5
Ordered the pink gloss and the peach. As yet only used the pink.
Its tinted my hair quite well it’s subtle but I do see a difference and I’m happy with it. My hair feels a LOT healthier with the deep conditioning. My hair has previously had bleach and henna and dye so has taken different on each part and starting colour, in some places got strong bubblegum pink colour and in others more of a pink toning affect so take that into account like I did, if you’ve previous colour on your hair it will take differently. With application I would recommend buying double what they suggest, bottle says half a bottle will do all your hair but I’ve used all of it and I don’t think it covered all my hair well, my hair is pretty dense but only collarbone length so. Overall I’m pretty well pleased by this and would keep buying it :)

This product is extraordinary
This product is extraordinary. Really simple to use, covers grey completely, no matt or chalky look, it just looks like i have come straight from the salon. It will give me the confidence i have been desperate for between salon visits. I have lightish blonde colour and got dark blonde and it blends perfectly.

Definitely recommend
Tried for the first time, I've been looking for a dark not black brown with ash tones not red which is harder than it sounds when buying box dye, the colour was perfect and my hair felt lovely after , I have quite long hair, and the dye provided was just the right amount, I did find the instructions with the extras a bit confusing, wasn't sure if I add them into the dye or after at first but that could be a me problem, so I would still definitely recommend.

Delivery service could be improved.
The products are fantastic and I really like extra samples/gifts that are included with the orders.
The only slight issue is that the packages are sent 2nd class with the Post Office and I never know when the deliveries are due to take place until late morning of the actual day of arrival! The delivery window yesterday was 12.40pm and 5.25pm which is not especially helpful as I had to wait in all afternoon (didn't actually arrive until just before 5pm). I wonder if this could be improved.
