Excellent customer service at online consult. Consultant was very knowledgeable and took the time to clarify and understand my hair needs to provide the best advice going forward. The Gloss (Icy Blonde) product is the best product I've used at home. Tamed brassiness from mid length to ends, while it highlighted new post menopausal white hair and left hair soft with subtle highlights. Easy to use and no chemical smell. Bought from this company one dye never covered even half my hair , reached out to customer service and told sorry nothing they can do but another box ! Furious £30 odd pound a box and I would have to buy two a month it’s no where near good enough for that price with the extra shade shots 😳avoid at all costs disgusting treatment

root colour brush is very effective
I use the root colour brush every month as I get to the end of my colour turnaround time. The light brown is easy to apply. I put it on once a week at time of hair was. Good colour and lasts till next hair wash. The company is responsive and keen to hear how to improve its products.

So glad I tried this
This is the first home hair colour I’ve used that actually covers my grey hair. Delighted. Plus comes with everything needed in the box including gloves. I use 7 lightest brown/dark blonde which fades slightly between colouring without going brassy.

Not a good match
Not a good match. I have mid blonde hair with grey roots !! The spray does not give good coverage and I am just spraying yellow onto my roots. It looks awful.

I was hoping for shine
