Sizes were bizarre. Had to pay for return postage. Company keep sending me unwanted emails, despite opting out.

I had never shopped with them before but was very surprised how quick I received my item and the quality of the goods purchased.

Excellent customer service, by mistake I entered an incorrect postcode on my order. Unfortunately my order did not arrive but after contacting Joy they promptly sent my out again and saved the day!

Great website, great delivery service and LOVE my dress. Would just have liked better quality buttons in it.

Ordered placed weeks ago and has not arrived. When I emailed that the tracking number didn’t work, they sent a new nimber—but was clear they were just sending out the order when I complained weeks after the fact. Still haven’t received order.

Joy nearly Always brings joy. Lots of lovely designs at prices that don't frighten you. I find a dress to love far too often! BTW they wash and wear nicely too. If I ever make a mistake returns are always easy and swift.

I ordered two summer skirts , after my daughter recommended this company . Very pleased with them , just what I have been looking for !

I love the Louche brand, I have a a lot of their dresses so I know it’s a safe choice to buy online. My order came so quickly which meant I could wear it to an event that week.

*update* Since posting this review Joy have been in touch with me and have made great effort to apologise and amend this mistake. Ive been pleasantly surprised by the customer experience recently, so perhaps things are changing for the better!

Appalling experience - avoid this company! I posted a review at the time of me struggling to obtain a refund for several items I'd returned, despite promises it was going to happen. I did eventually receive it, and updated my review to say so. Despite so many others recounting similar experiences, I've now been informed my review was flagged as false by joy the store. I have evidence of my interactions with joy (which were across email, facebook and twitter so plenty of evidence!) so have sent these to trustpilot, but obviously the company's latest tactic is to try and have some of these honest reviews removed instead of owning their mistakes, apologising and trying to do better. Disgusting. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

No answer to telephone calls unable to get on refunds site. Definitely will not shop with this company again !!!!

I was sceptical of ordering due to the reviews, but my item was dispatched quickly, I am based within the UK. I returned it due to the item being too big, and the quality of the item wasn't good enough to justify the amount it cost. I sent it back on the 13th and my refund was issued on 15th, and it was processed by my bank by the 18th.

They were great I would shop with them all the time I have bought things from their. 5 stars

The clothes are so well made. Great unique styles. And the customer service team are always helpful when I needed to change sizes etc!

As an international shopper, I will never shop from this store again! I ordered a coat in May and when it arrived I was so disappointed with the fabric and how rough and uncomfortable it feels on the inside. Intending to return it, I then went to the site only to learn that they were going to charge an extortionate GBP30 for return postage. Given this is one third the cost of item and that other international retailers can manage e-commerce so much better, I contacted Joy to provide feedback. 3 weeks later I’ve still heard nothing back from them - they clearly could not care less

I am so disappointed in this company. I spent £32 on a small camera bag that on first use all of the lining inside came undone - I am keen to speak to someone on the phone as I have been away so outside of the 14 days return policy and not one person had responded to my emails. The number cited in the terrible reviews below does not work - get your act together Joy!!!!! I used to love shopping in your stores, your online customer service is shameful!
No courtesy to respond to emails or a number available to actually speak to someone - really disappointing, I won’t be shopping with you again! The products themselves are below standard and over priced and I wish I’d read the reviews before before spending £92 online with you - sort it out, please or someone please have the common courtesy to reply to my message with a telephone number!

If I could give this company no stars I would. I returned 5 dresses to them on the 15th April via their returns system and 48 hour tracked delivery. The items have not been received by Joy but Royal Mail said that Joy need to refund me and claim the money back from them. I have sent 10 emails now, tried to call a customer service number I found on here (disconnected) and tried to contact them on social media. Initially someone called (name removed) said he'd contact the depot to see when the parcel would be delivered to them but since then I have had no communication. And no sign of my refund. I will be avoiding this company at all costs in the future.
