I live on the second floor and they left my parcel by the lift not even outside the flat. Went to track my parcel and looked the photo only to find it downstairs

I've usually had things delivered from temu by now, but the tracking on Temu that is being sent keeps contradicting itself. It's been in one place twice, but moved somewhere else then back to where it started. After reading these reviews I am very wary if my parcel lands, where it will get delivered too, if delivered at all. Temu needs to find a better company than this one and all these reviews have been put on in the last few days, so I think I'll be requesting a refund now from temu as this company are a liability. Untrustworthy, not following GDPR and sending out fake photos to say package has been delivered. I'll look forward to see the same response that this company sends out to everyone. You need to investigate your couriers, your whole system and try to convince the UK public that you are a decent company. Being called worse than EVRI is a definite insult.

Didn't receive parcel but says delivered. Not at neighbours. Driver took foto of parcel on his car seat!!! I cannot call the premium number from my fone and live chat is anything but live.
I cant understand how my order from temu can travel all the way from China with no problems but as soon as J&T express get hold of it it gets lost !! My own personal opinion is the driver has stolen the contents!! Dishonest scam company. Reported 'theft' to temu and told them I will not shop with them again if they continue to use this company as couriers. Who takes a foto of a parcel sitting on the drivers seat as proof of posting? Answer : A driver who doesn't want to be exposed as a thief!

'Congratulations' on actually being worse than Evri. Tracking said 'out for delivery'. Took the day off to ensure my parcel doesn't get stolen... No delivery. I called their 'customer services' number, I had to ask if this is J&T Express, as they don't say the company name when answering, just "hello" (so unprofessional). The useless woman said she was 'just admin', and couldn't help me. I called the next day, and it was delivered later. When I viewed the proof of delivery photos, they're of a completely different customer. Full name, address and door, clearly shown. Meaning someone out there had my full name and address on their delivery photos. I'm actually home again today, awaiting another parcel marked out for delivery. If the company I shopped with continue to use them, I'll no longer place orders. 0/5*

I am so disappointed and furious my parcel was just left by my front door out in the open were anyone could see it i can't believe why would your delivery driver just leave your goods for everyone to see i didn't even know it was there as they didn't even knock on the door and i was in allday it was only when i got a visitor that i saw it there and that was 8pm at night i am really annoyed about this and if temu use this company again i will not be ordering from them anymore but after reading these reviews i am really surprised that it got delivered so i would definitely not recommend this company for any delivery in the future it is not acceptable to just leave your parcel in this way and i will be getting in touch with temu to ask them if they intend to use this company and if they do i for one will not purchase anything else from them i will close my account

My parcel was initially cancelled due to "incomplete address", so I contacted their customer service via their live chat. The agent I contacted informed me there was an error with the system and that there were no commas in between the lines of the address, hence the confusion. She sent the message to those dispatching my parcel, and I was expecting the delivery to arrive the next day. It is currently the next day, as of right now my tracker says "your parcel has been dispatched," yet the entire day has gone by and no one showed up at my door. I did not get an email from the company saying the delivery had failed. I'm going to contact customer service again tomorrow, but this package is of significance to me, and I am not happy with the delays. Do not recommend buying from any website that uses them.

Would give zero stars for this terrible company!! They have my parcel out for delivery for days!! Seems like they only have 1 courier for the entire UK as they could not even make time to deliver their parcels. Customer service is useless kept on repeating they have overload of whatever. This company is useless would avoid at all cost!!!!!

I'm glad it lets me give 1 star because actually the customer service has been very kind and helpful however...

1. The driver delivered to the wrong address.
2. I contacted them to send me the photo.
3. It was not my address.
4. They "escalated" it and then the next day said

The photo they sent me was in a carpark. In a building across the road. It has a large field. There is no obvious place they could've left the parcel. So when I went on chat, the very nice person said "Honestly there's no point in you going around to check because the courier didn't leave notes or instructions."

10/10 comedy but probably not the company to use if you actually want to send or receive something.

This company lied about making a delivery for my Temu items. My deliveries are always sent to my office, that is manned 24 hours a day. Royal Mail and Evri have delivered there frequently and included as their proof of delivery, images that actually show the front desk. This was my first delivery fromJandT and hopefully it will be my last. Nothing was delivered and the so called proof of delivery, was simply an image of the parcel, which could have been taken anywhere. This is not just a late delivery, but a deliberate attempt to steal and mislead. Shameful.

SCAMMERS!! Waited all day for my parcel no ring or knock on the door. I have cameras and all of a sudden I get an email that it’s been delivered with proof of a doorway that isn’t mine!
Called them in the morning for a accurate time frame and they picked up straight away now when I’m calling to discuss that I haven’t got my parcel they can’t pick up!

it has said out for delivery for the last week nearly and hasn’t made any progress, this is for two parcels. i am not happy at all.

I had received a tracking number during the week, it stated it was coming and never did, for 3 days it didn't come. Now apparently delivery was attempted today while I was out. As I got home there was no delivery package outside my flat. However I did see three big packages outside the communal entrance by the lifts, but they were delivered by this company but for different flats. I received a confirmation email that mine was delivered to me but there is nothing at all. Very very disappointed in this company. There is no helpline or live chat that works on the weekend. The delivery driver has lied and I've wasted money on something that I did not receive, I suspect the delivery driver stole my package as it was smaller than the three I saw.

1st of all they send a pic of house No 63 which is the wrong No, mine is 67, my next door neighbour see’s it outside my house at 67 just thrown on the driveway my neighbour from No 65 takes it in + the parcel had been opened.If any Company uses J&T Express I will be cancelling my order.

Absolutely terrible experience with J&T Express. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company if you want to save yourself a lot of stress.

They were unable to deliver a parcel to a normal apartment building that every other courier company has managed to deliver to without any issues. Instead of finding a solution, they simply kept marking the delivery as unsuccessful.

I also tried contacting them by email, but every email address I was given either bounced back or appeared to be inactive. The only available contact number connects you to a call centre where the staff are polite, but completely powerless. They have no direct communication with the warehouse or the drivers, so they cannot actually resolve any delivery problems.

To make matters even worse, the company has a policy that if the driver fails to deliver the parcel three times, it is automatically returned to the sender. There seems to be no way to stop the return, arrange collection, or speak to someone who can actually help.

In my opinion, this has been one of the most frustrating courier experiences I’ve ever had. I will never use J&T Express again and would not recommend them to anyone. If you value your time and want your parcel delivered, choose a different courier.

The company sent a tracking code and email and then a few hours later sent an email saying they tried but failed to deliver (even though I was home all day and can actually see the front door from my office chair). It feels very much like a scam. I shouldn’t have to contact you if you can’t find the address. Google maps can find it easily enough. Have you tried asking the driver to use that?

Delivery hasnt turned up, spoke with customer services via chat (their phoneline absolutely does not work) and they said the delivery was attempted-it was not as I was at home! They then changed their story and said the wrong phone number was input into the delivery information.... still no parcel! So frustrating as my daughters birthday presents are in there and her birthday is in two days!!

Improving service

My shoes travelled all the way from China, across multiple flights and thousands of miles, without a problem. Yet somehow, once they arrived in the UK, J&T Express completely failed at the final and most important part of the journey.

The courier left my parcel out in the street for anyone to take instead of delivering it safely. Unsurprisingly, it was stolen. I genuinely cannot understand how a delivery company thinks leaving a parcel unattended in the street is acceptable.

When I contacted customer services, they were dismissive, unhelpful and showed no real interest in resolving the issue. There was no accountability and no sense that they cared about what had happened.

The international part of the delivery was more reliable than the UK courier. If you value your parcels, I would strongly advise using a different delivery company. Based on my experience, I will never use J&T Express again.

**UPDATE**

THE COMPANY emailed me back and forth a number of times regarding the missing parcel and a compensation offer, in the end they kindly offer £20 transfer to my back that arrived swiftly the next day.

This has gone someway to my change in my review.

Absolutely disgusting company.
Their driver didn't even bother trying to deliver to me, he just left it at some random house, and customer support cannot even tell me where he left it!
All I was given was a vague picture of a random front door, after checking this is none of my neighbours.
At the time of writing I still haven't been given any information on where my parcel actually is, why it wasn't even attempted to be delivered to me, or what they plan to do to resolve this.
Avoid J&T at all costs.
