I find Kaleidoscope good value. Orders arrive quickly and refunds are dealt with quickly too. Like anywhere sizing is a bit hit and miss as it differs between brands but it's easily sorted. Straight forward website easy to navigate & lots of products and brands to choose from.

Trouser suit arrived. A wrinkled mess poor quality I need to return it. Return process very complicated. I am 71 not technical.

System worked well but once placed order the discount code would not work no reason given so spoke to Sandeep who was very helpful but could most vsncel the order at the time as Sunday but would do it on Monday this did not happen so we recived a parcel not wanted but now returned concerned as the same Dress for myself with delivery was £11 cheaper than yourself got wound up with discounts not working and no free delivery even though had a code down on the Friday for free delivery

I ordered a few items two arrived,one in a brown box was very well sealed and looked new,the other seemed to have been handled frequently and the side was ripped.No sign of remaining items,no communication required arrival of them.Quite disappointed as recommended to shop with them,I will think twice again.
