Great service from ease of ordering to delivery tracked and thrilled with the 2 items. I would highly recommend thus company for that very personal gift.

Cannot wait to present them to my sister and brother.

I ordered a personalised gift for my husband on Sunday evening and was very impressed with the communication and very quick dispatch.

The parcel was being delivered by Royal Mail on the Wednesday. Unfortunately this parcel was never delivered to me and the only tracking info and proof provided was inside a van ! 🤔.

After raising a missing item claim with PayPal Keep it personal were very quick in responding to me and offered a replacement or refund.

Despite not actually receiving my item I wanted to still praise this company for great customer service.

Great product and excellent service. Got some pint glasses with etched logo and couldn’t be happier. Really helpful staff and quick delivery.
Thank you again!

Received my order this morning really quickly on what is probably a really busy time being Father’s Day on Sunday, the quality is amazing and great value for money, it was double the price elsewhere! Will definitely be ordering again and again!

After experiencing awful service elsewhere, this company is a breath of fresh air! The prices are reasonable and the service is amazing! I ordered champagne glasses which came in a box, contoured to fit the glasses in! I would definitely recommend this company and it will be my go to company I will order from in the future!

Able to make with a logo which I’ve struggled to get, perfect gift, communication & delivery was all perfect, I’ll definitely use these again for anything personalised can’t fault them, price well worth it, deffo 5 stars, thanks so much

Fantastic customer servic as had to change my order. The end result I am very pleased with. Would recommend without a doubt. Logo looks brill from a less than brilliant picture submitted.

Ordered an oak frame, slight problem with peeling lacquer but issue was resolved by Emma, who dispatched another, all within 24hrs! Excellent response time and customer service, a lot of the bigger online retailers would do well to follow this model. Definitely recommend.

I chose to order from Keep it Personal because the prices were very reasonable, I loved the look of the packaging and speedy delivery was important. The glass arrived in plenty of time, it was actually next day. The quality of the glass is great and the packaging is very smart. The customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend Keep it Personal.

What an absolutely beautiful pint glass for my grandsons 18th birthday, the gift wrapping is amazing, very professional. Engraving is gorgeous, will definitely use this company again. Would give it 6 stars if I could.
