I would not recommend this company. I purchased a personalised photo frame and, when editing the wording, the design gave the impression that “Mr & Mrs” would be removed and replaced with my chosen wording. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all.
I raised a complaint and provided a photo of the finished product, only to be told that this was the design I had chosen. As I am not married, I can absolutely guarantee that I would never have selected “Mr & Mrs” for my frame!
The customer service was absolutely terrible, with no willingness to acknowledge the issue or offer a satisfactory resolution. To make matters worse, the frame itself is awful. The plastic wood looks and feels incredibly cheap, the overall quality is extremely disappointing, and it looks nothing like what i purchased.
A complete waste of money. The frame has gone straight in the bin, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Terrible product, terrible quality and terrible customer service!

I ordered a personalised mug for a friend's Christmas present and I was really pleased with the quality of the item and the very affordable price. Unfortunately the 1st one was delivered and had been broken in transit but I emailed the company and included a photo and they sent me out a replacement. Excellent communication. Ordered a couple of wine glasses for our daughter and now future son in law. Lovely inscription of their engagement in Japan, unfortunately they broke one of the pair so I went back to personalised Gift shop to order another. Not only did they do another fantastic job and at lightening speed they heavily discounted it This was first class service when it was my daughter that broke it and I never asked or expected a discount.

Ordered a vase for my mums 70th birthday , didn’t come how I’d personalised it and when I spoke to customer service they wouldn’t do anything about it and I was left with a vase that’s completely not fit for purpose.

I ordered some glass photo blocks as bridesmaid gifts and when I received them the prints were abit faded like machine had run out, so I emailed customer services and they were more than happy to help! Really fast , easy communication. I spoke with Charlotte and she was an absolute star, sent them out again but unfortunately the parcel was lost and with my wedding only being 2 weeks away , Charlotte followed up the situation and sent out the blocks again for 2 day delivery! Cannot fault this company they’ve done an amazing job and the blocks have now come perfect and in time for the wedding! Would 100% use again , thank you!

Bought a photo box as a wedding anniversary gift. I am so impressed with the quality of the item, it is beautifully made. I would highly recommend personalised gift shop and will definitely be buying from them again

Superb quality and lovely quick delivery and very helpful updates of the progress of my order. Two wonderful aprons (Mr & Mrs) and a chef hat for a 2nd Wedding Anniversary (Cotton!). Dreadful experience. Sent a relative a large sweet gift for her 65th birthday- her name is Julie and the label on the jar said Steve. They offered a replacement label!!! Would not recommend and won’t be using them again.
UPDATE
The company then offered to send a replacement jar into which the recipient would empty her sweets and then return the first jar! Come on Personalised Gifts! Who is running your customer service.
I declined the offer.

My order arrived in 2 days.
I ordered 3 items but unfortunately 1 item needed attention. I emailed them straight away and with in 30 min the problem was rectified and a new item would be on its way. The replacement arrived 2 days later. I can not fault the service of this company. Would recommend and use again.

Beautiful little personalised item. I made error for engraving realised immediately and tried to edit as offered in email but no order found- problem with Google Chrome once I changed browser all worked perfectly. Fast delivery in time for celebration thank you

I ordered a personalised glass as a gift. When it arrived, it was presented in a sturdy box. You pay extra for the box if you want one. It was wrapped so tightly, which was a good thing as my driver tends just launch parcels over the gate! The glass is small but that was my fault as I missed to read the measurement details. The glass is engraved so cannot use in the dishwasher. Overall lovely just wish it was a tiny bit bigger.

I recently ordered a personalised cheese board for my friends 40th birthday! It's beautiful, but unfortunately it arrived with a crack on the side from the delivery.
I emailed the team immediately and got a speedy and very professional response from Charlotte - and a replacement cheeseboard was sent in the post the next day.

I made this order a bit late, last minute thing for a wedding. I emailed them asking if there was any possibility for them to be done quickly and sent out quickly and they stepped up amazingly, they sent that order out on next day delivery and it arrived next day and the personalised slippers are so lovely.
