Excellent service from start to finish. Swift deliveries and top class customer service too. Huge call out for Nathan Shipp. Delighted with photoframe and highly recommend this company. Will def use again!

PERSONALISED ENGRAVED GLASS : Arrived on scheduled delivery day / very well packaged for a fragile item / arrived in one piece / great quality / will use them again - Thanks Keep It Personal from a happy customer

Purchased a glass decanter that was superbly engraved according to my wishes. My order needed some custom engraving (extra work), over and above what was advertised. Very pleased to say that my queries and wishes were swiftly acted upon by Nathan and Emma. Great value for money. Delivery was rapid. Absolutely top service and very highly recommended.
Massive thanks to Nathan and Emma.

I got my bridesmaids, maid of honour and matron of honour personalised mugs from this place. I ordered on Wednesday and received the mugs on Thursday - thank you for the quick service and the mugs look great!

Placed an order for a personalised vase which unfortunately arrived smashed, I contacted customer services and Craig sent me out a replacement free of charge for navy day delivery. He places a note on my order to be wrapped in fragile warning tape too. Customer service is excellent would order again.

Ordered a personalised frame for my sister in laws birthday. I wanted to add the photo as part of the package (for an extra fee), it turned out this wasn't added when I placed the order, may have been a website blip.

Customer Service reached out to me and the issue was resolved and the payment I owed was really easy to do.

The quality of the frame is excellent, such a quick turnaround. Well packaged too, to ensure no damage in transit. I will use this site again.

I ordered an engraved vase to be delivered—very fast turnaround, reasonable price, and my mum is thrilled with it—it looks like really good quality. Also, they quickly and professionally sorted out a mistake I made with the shipping address and still got it to my Mum on time for her birthday. I'm really happy.

Ordered an engraved glass for my partner's birthday and was amazed at how fast it arrived and how good it looks - the photo preview provided doesn't do it justice! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Amazing service, I ordered the morning before and it came the next morning. I ordered a 8x10 wooden photo frame, its fantastic quality, well made and look beautiful. Thank you
