I can’t emphasize enough how much I love my new home.. my friends were literally speechless when they visited the first time .
The staff are amazing especially Melanie , she was so helpful throughout the whole process.

Excellent house

Customer Care Team at Cambridge Properties

Sorin attended my property to make good on a number of defects and was incredibly helpful. I have had good experiences with the customer care team and the technicians are always willing to go above and beyond to resolve any issues with the properties. Sorin was kind, professional, and resolved all the issues quickly.

The firm kept in touch with me from the time I chose my plot to my moving in. Answering all my questions with patience, giving me reassurance, visiting me when I moved in , offering me a welcome bag full of first necessities. Anything not quite right is dealt with staight away. For Keepmoat, people come first.

Do not buy from Keepmoat homes!

Do not buy from Keepmoat homes!!

Emails ignored, rude and arrogant customer service staff, sales office staff do not deliver on their word.

We have lived on the timeless estate for 4 years, we are still dealing with unfinished roads, noisy construction staff blocking our road daily, inconsiderate parking, starting work well before the considerate construction hours. We have a green area that’s been fenced of and left us felling like we live in a dump for the past 4 years, nothing has been done to it.

Told the maintenance fee is for grass cutting but then 2 years in find out we’re liable for an actual building - this was disguised by both them and their solicitor who we stupidly used (find your own solicitor, do not use the one they suggest using)

Pavements don’t exist on our street, the road is left as a pot holed mud pit daily, I can’t go out for a walk with nice shoes on, by the time I’m half way down the street they are ruined due to the sheer state of if! Construction staff up and down a tiny street daily, the planning of the phases just poorly thought out.

alarms going off all weekend that we can hear with doors and windows closed, no staff on site to sort.

I can honestly say buying from Keepmoat is the worst decision we ever made, wouldn’t give them a 1* as a house builder, 5* is laughable, definitely a backhander to be given that!

Keepmoat you really need to short your selves out. It’s been an absolutely disgusting experience having to deal with you this past 4 years.

Super star staff

I visited so many site of Keepmoat but the kind of reception Oliver gave to us was awesome. I got discouraged along the line due my decision in Principles. I called him and he said don't give u now. And that statement he made, energised to persevere my dream. After we got offered he guided us through with the process, sometimes liaising with his manager to come out with amazing support. And now here we are. We just wanted to say a big thanks to him for his amazing support, advise and love he showed us since we met.

Chateau Mews - Nottingham

Its been 6 months since ive moved into Chateau Mews, and i waited purposely before taking pen to paper because i wanted to make sure i had enough experience to give a accurate review.

I was fully aware being one on the early movers on to the site it would have small challenges that are expected when moving onto a live building site. However, the different contractors and Keepmoat team have been nothing but accommodating and respectful.

Michelle in the sales office took over my personal sales process a little later down the line than my initial enquiry which from pervious life experience could of proved a slight challenge. However Michelle has been nothing but helpful and informative, doing what she said she would do, when she said she was going to do it. Nothing has been to much!

I would fully recommend Michelle and Keepmoat after my experience

Another great keepmoat employee.

Andrejus Negatinas from keepmoat attended today 06/02/26 and he had actually come looking for stairs shrinking issues but instead he fixed a slightly wobbly stairs handrails,paint work,filling gaps and made it look like new also touched paint on wall for a neat look, He was very professional and tried to help as much as he can. Wasnt doing his job in a sloppy way but with right steps and to near perfection.
Truely appreciated.
