Three of us joined this tour in May 2017… and as a very experienced traveller who’s had the Salt Flats on my bucket list for years I was worried about it not living up to expectations. Boy was I wrong! The landscape was truly stunning, and we never felt like we were in touristy crowds or being rushed around the sights. We had plenty of time at every stop to get photos and soak up the magic, and our driver was truly a friend by the end of the trip!

We were really worried about some of the bad reviews we’d seen online for other companies but found everything through Keteka and their partners to be flawless. Reliable, punctual, friendly and helpful!

Highly recommended if you’re looking for the trip of a lifetime!

This tour is definitely worth taking for the amazing Andes views! We went right after a week where it had snowed in the mountains so our hike was a bit more challenging, but that did not take away any of the experience of walking within the beautiful mountain range. Our tour guide made sure the group stuck together and that we had enough breaks. He also provided delicious snacks for us. Perfect trek for getting amazing, photoshop-like, captures.

We're sitting on the 24th floor balcony of our Air B&B thinking about the highlights of our past few days in Santiago. Today we finished a horseback riding tour arranged for east of the city and into the snow capped Andes. And since we loved it, we'll do a review. My wife researches the devil out of any trip/side trip we take. This one was no exception. When she couldn't find reviews, she sent emails to the organizaion, all expertly and quickly responded to, and she quickly set up this trip. We were picked up on time by our friendly and engaging guide, Rodrigo, and escorted to our ride. Whisked outside the city, by driver Patricio, we arrived, down a twisting gravel road, to an outpost from an old movie. Waldo, authentically and naturally attired as the Chilean cowboy he is, had the horses ready. We strapped on chaps and set out; down dusty roads, into the brush, through the river, and up the side of the mountains, to a grand lookout over the valleys below. Wonderful! Then we wandered back down the valleys to a lunch by a cascading stream...and the horse corals. We had one small glitch on our trip. The measure of quality isn't lack of problems, it is the ability to solve them. We noted a problem while at the top of the ride and it was solved before were returned to the stables...and repaired far beyond our expectations. We left feeling we had made new friends. I'm sure we are correct.

Keteka's Machu Picchu tour was the perfect mix of must-see sights and out-of-reach places where we were the only tourists around. Our guide was great, and was able to quickly configure our itinerary based on our physical abilities and personal interests. I can’t count the times I saw other tours around us having a worse experience (inexperienced guides, bad hotels, big groups) and was thankful that we’d gone with Keteka..
