We used Key Conveyancing for the purchase of 2 properties via a Ltd company. We have an excellent experience and highly recommend. It goes to show that you don't need a solicitors office to visit during the house buying/selling process; everything was either done via post or their secure portal. We found them very competitive of price also.

We used Key Conveyancing for both the buying and selling of our properties and they were genuinely outstanding.

They gave quick updates during incredibly stressful times and always reasurred myself and my partner. The service they gave was faultless and I honestly would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy/sell.

It was the first time of using Key Conveyancing and was certainly not disappointed. Tasha George was most professional and always friendly on the phone, helping us through some of the stressful times of conveyancing.

From our perspective the whole process went incredibly smoothly and were ready to exchange contracts at an early date. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay lower down the chain (only two parties below) but Tasha kept us informed as best as she could, explaining why there were these delays. Once contracts were finally exchanged, she informed us promptly and same again on Completion date. We’d highly recommend Key Conveyancing.

Our case handler was Megan who was lovely and very easy to get along with as a first time buyer we had lots of questions and answers were always clear and easy to navigate. She was really professional and showed clear boundaries towards the other sides solicitors. Our cherry on the cake was Megan’s assistant Elada who just made this process so easy, she’s friendly and warm and really has a knack at making you feel you’re in safe hands. You could hear her smiling through the phone which was a delight when you come to exchange and completion which was Today! Elada has covered and answered questions when Megan has been unavailable and again her explanations have always been clear, professional and pleasant. For me Elada really was my rock throughout this buying journey and you could tell she genuinely cared for us as her clients. Very pleasant experience with everyone we’ve spoken to at Key. We initially used Key Conveyancing for convenience - they were representing our sellers. There were the occasional unsettling silences when nothing seemed to be happening, but Key, together with the estate agent, appied pressure on a developer who was holding up progress. Natasha George was our main contact. She was very sympathetically helpful & reassuring when I was becoming stressed (sorry Tasha) and importantly kept my son in the "loop" - he was assisting me in the whole process.

Can't recommend Sam Kelly enough! She was absolutely fantastic in supporting me through every step of my home buying journey. I was aiming for a quick sale completion and Sam was very efficient, very prompt in replying and moved the whole process on as swiftly as possible :)

I would not recommend this company. They incorrectly completed us a month before despite my partner confirming 3 times over emails prior the correct date. When we raised this, we were told they would sort it out however they only sorted it when my partner kept emailing and calling them. Any updates we received were because we chased for it and to top it off, on the day of completion (the correct one this time), they rang us to say we owed hundred of pounds more as our product fee had not been added to our mortgage and therefore we had to pay it upfront. (This was at 3:30pm on day of completion). They then sent an email asking for a review to which we explained all of the issues such as severe lack of communication, incorrect completion date and then the fact we had to raise it to them and then chase them to rectify it! To this, we received an email that read something along the lines of "apologies for the inconvenience caused but it wasn't our fault" to which my response was that surely as an experienced conveying firm, this is something they should have reviewed and alerted us to and if we had already completed once without this upfront fee, then why does it apply now? and their response was a clause that stated "errors and omissions expected". You literally couldn't write it!

Despite the buyer’s conveyancer being glacially slow and impossible to communicate with; Key Conveyancing stuck to it and chivied them along and did a good job getting the exchange and completion done. Thank you to the team for their patience whilst we slowly lost our minds

Don't normally leave to many reviews but thought it worthy for Key Conveyancing. I would like to take a moment to express my sincere thanks to Key Conveyancing, and in particular Beth Artemiou, for the outstanding support provided during the purchase of my new home.

Buying a home can be a very stressful and demanding process, but Beth's professionalism, responsiveness, and reassuring approach made a significant difference throughout. No matter the challenges that arose, she kept me well informed and made me feel relaxed and confident that everything was being handled efficiently.

I was also particularly impressed with the online portal, which made managing and submitting documentation straightforward and convenient.
