During our first ever purchase of a property we have on many occasions heard of horror stories on how stressfully excruciating the whole process can be when purchasing a property, the delays, the unreliable solicitors, the unhelpful unproductive estate agents and the lack of communication leading to the long drawn out purchasing of a property which can take longer than six months, we dreaded the thought of this ...BUT this is not we what received!

When viewing the property we have just purchased, it took six weeks to exchange contracts, and a further two weeks to move in, eight weeks in total, without any stress but support all the way through, how amazing is that!

This is the 2nd time I used Key Conveyancing, once to buy my property, the 2nd to sell. On both occasions, they have been nothing but responsive, patient, and professional.

The sale, because of the buyer's solicitors, was a real nightmare but Mukate, Bill, and Charlotte stuck with it and put up with my regular calls and emails - they were vey kind, supportive, and did their very best to move things along!
