I don’t think I’ve written a review about anything before so it shows the level of thanks I want to say. I can genuinely say the level of service Sam and her team gives is excellent. Whether you have done this a 100 times and just want a nice easy process or if you’re like me and are a little newer and need things explaining, this team is the one to choose. They did it all with such ease and speed while still answering all of my questions. I cannot find a single fault really, so it’s a big thanks to Sam and her team for making this part of moving house so easy!

After encountering numerous issues throughout my transaction, I felt it was necessary to submit a formal complaint. Unfortunately, the response I received was disappointing, dismissive, and contained what I believe to be several inaccuracies and inconsistencies that did not reflect my experience of events.

The conveyancing process was characterised by poor communication, a lack of proactive updates, and what appeared to be disorganisation within the team. I frequently had to chase for information and progress reports, which added unnecessary stress to an already demanding process. In my view, the transaction took considerably longer than it should have due to poor case management.

I also found the St Neots manager particularly difficult to deal with. Rather than addressing concerns constructively, I felt my issues were often dismissed and that there was little willingness to acknowledge or take responsibility for the delays and service shortcomings.

What was most frustrating was the way my complaint was handled. Instead of demonstrating an understanding of the concerns raised and taking the opportunity to improve, the response felt defensive and failed to provide satisfactory answers to many of the points I had made.

It was only after I raised multiple complaints and requested that my case be transferred to another member of staff that I saw any meaningful progress. This left me with the impression that issues were not being addressed until they were repeatedly escalated.

Overall, this was a stressful and frustrating experience that fell well below the level of service I expected. Although this firm may appear competitively priced, I would strongly encourage prospective clients to consider whether paying more for a well-organised and communicative conveyancing service could ultimately save significant time, stress, and frustration. I would not choose to use this firm again.
