Had items in the past that have been delivered fine. Been emailing for the last month and still heard nothing back.

Great site that I discovered by chance online! We were very impressed with the Arsenal team memorabilia large framed print that we got last month. I had initially ordered it in July (fortunately in advance) for our son's 18th birthday present. When I hadn't received it a week or so later, I checked their site and saw they had a clear message on the website about a summer shutdown until September. I emailed customer services, who were quick to reply and helpful and told me not to worry as it would be 100% dispatched the week beginning 5th September. This timed in perfectly for the birthday and it did arrive well-packaged and promptly on the 6th so thank you! Our son was blown away - said it was his best present - and it's now in pride of place on his wall. The print quality and frame were both absolutely fantastic and I felt it was very good value for money. Would recommend Kickingtheballss and would definitely use them again!

Emailed in regards to see if a custom request was possible. They never got back to me its been over a week now. When trying to ring it's just an automated service telling you to email. Pretty poor service. Update - Responded after leaving a review. If I didn't leave a review they might have never gotten back to me.

Excellent product for the money. Just done my own Henry signed invincible shirt - looks brilliant. Not hard to do and instructions are easy to follow.

My lad got Martinellis shirt at a game a while back - will be doing that now also.

Fab. This is our go-to online store for framed and signed memorabilia. Good delivery, usually takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive from ordering day. I think I’ve ordered 4 or 5 signed shirts and other pieces from this website and have been happy with all of it!

Although the time between order and delivery was far too long and the communication in between wasn’t the best, when the frames arrived I was absolutely delighted. Well made, really look top quality and I’m highly delighted with the finished product. I would use again.

Order 2 frames from this company and what puts me off is the long lead time between ordering and delivering. If it was a lot quicker I would order more but now found quicker delivery companies else where so unfortunately won’t be using this company again.

Products are good quality but if your happy to wait for a month when there is other companies offering the same quality and 2 day delivery times then that’s fair enough.

As others have said, very poor communication

Thank you for your reply, delivery was meant to be for w/c 7th feb? It’s now coming up to the 14th. Never knew you had winter shutdowns, again poor communication. It don’t matter now anyway, looking forward to the frame to arrive whenever that maybe

Exemplary service , I encountered a slight issue on receipt of my product...the issue was dealt with extremely promptly and politely. Very impressive service .

Terrible communication ordered 1st December no correspondence until I questioned delivery received generic email guaranteeing delivery before Christmas. Received dispatch email noting recieved, tracking stated advised not recieved, sent further email to get same generic email. Items arrived 30th December so gave 2 stars as hubby happy with them when they finally arrived.

I’ve refrained from writing a review until the last minute on the off chance that the item I ordered arrived. However, it’s Christmas Eve and the item I ordered at the start of December, which quoted a 10 working day delivery, has not arrived.

I don’t mind a delay in delivery. It’s a busy time of the year with the added complications of Covid. What is frustrating is the complete lack of communication. No response to emails coupled with turning off phone lines makes for an extremely annoying customer experience.

Just admitting that there were delays with an apology would be more than enough and I would be happy to wait.

A response to my emails with an updated delivery date would be appreciated.

Received the parcel, happy with the product however, I would suggest they reply to peoples emails and have someone gou can speak with over the phone.

Ordered on the 3rd of December, received an email saying it would be sent by parcel force on the 18th, then the 19th and still no show, parcel force have still yet to receive the item and now know one will reply to emails, phone number is an automated service stating that its November!

Ordered a last minute Christmas present just before their cut off for Christmas delivery .
Was a bit sceptical as had no update and was a bit concerned - popped off an email and had a reply from Jo within 48hrs assuring me that it would be delivered for Christmas and it arrived today (48hrs after notification of dispatch)
Very very impressed and its beautifully presented .

Ordered on 30th November received 1 frame but still waiting on the 2nd was told would receive end of last week then nothing - told again would receive tracking information over the weekend and would be delivered Monday again nothing - unable to contact by phone as get automated message and now no response from emails

AVOID - ordered a photo on the 24th November delivery time said a week and I still don’t have it !! Told last week it was being sent now they’re ignoring me . Absolutely appalling service pay for expensive goods that don’t arrive and get ignored when you try chase it up , also I was never notified in any delay with delivery , only got these excuses after multiple times chasing this so called company !! Bought this as an Xmas gift we go away tomorrow so even if it does arrive it’s pointless !!

I ordered a framed shirt print for Christmas. Total £106.. it came within about 8 days and it is HUGE! A lot bigger than I thought (I didn't look at measurements) and I am so impressed with it!! Quality is insane!!

Absolutely fantastic. Glasgow rangers 55 framed shirt just arrived today and I am blown away by quality of it. This is an xmas present for my 83yr old dad who is a lifelong fan and has a "rangers wall" in his bedroom. I cannot wait to see his face! Packaging was superb and delivery was as stated. I would 100% recommend this as a gift.

Really good product just delivery is a bit late otherwise good product and did get there after like 14 or 15 working days

I’ve purchased three signed shirts from these guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great customer services and I am over the moon with the Ronaldo , cantona and Beckham signed framed shirts thanks jo and the team they are really great
