I had one document translated to a high standard and was happy with it. Some weeks later I requested a certified translation of an additional document. It came back with very basic spelling errors, poorly translated phrases and without certification. I corrected the errors myself and requested certification, which I was then told I would have to pay extra for (despite having been given a quote that included certification before commissioning the translation). The copy I got has not been properly certified (e.g. printed, signed and stamped) and I can't use it for official purposes. I definitely wouldn't use them again

Dear Helen,
Thank you for your feedback.
We regret that your second experience with us was not as successful as the first. We value every one of our customers’ experience with us, and we are always ready to solve any problem in less than a few hours. We are sorry, but we are unable to identify and check the history of your order based on your name.
Regarding the errors in the translation, we always send the draft translation to the customer before any form of certification takes place—to check every last detail is right before making it official.
Please note that we never ask for extra money for the certification of our translations and as such, do not have any hidden pricing. Only the service of hard copy delivery costs extra, which we always detail in advance.
We are an officially registered translation company. Our certified translations are always performed in accordance with the latest requirements and the highest standards while being recognised by all public and private institutions.
As mentioned, we have not yet been able to locate your order based on the information provided by Trust Pilot. If you have the opportunity, please contact us so that we can examine your order and provide solutions to the problem.
Our customers are our top priority.
Thank you for your patience,
Kings of Translation
