Kloeber - Made To Measure Windows and Doors Bewertungen

We’ve just had 5 timber frame windows and a French door fitted. We’re really pleased with the end product and the support from start to end was excellent - from the support to begin with from Toby, to the site survey by Lionel, site logistics from Jäeger and then the installation team (Rees / Zach and Alex). We will use again.

Pleased with the fitting of our bi-fold doors yesterday by Tony, Sam & Matt, thank you

What a fantastic service from Chris Jones (CJ) at Kloeber sales in Huntingdon, a five star service and nothing was too much trouble for him, he got back with any queries I had very quickly and would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants quality windows and doors, the bi-folds are amazing even my builders commented on the quality of them. So thanks CJ for recommending them, can’t sing your praises enough.

We were recommended Kloeber by our friends following their works and we have to say that it's been a great experience from order to fitting. The team keeps in touch with you regularly and helps with any questions. The product is also high quality and looks great.
Tony and Sam who fitted our Kloeber Bi-fold doors and windows were brilliant - they were knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout.
Would definitely recommend.

Just shy of ten years after installation I had a problem with a door locking mechanism. Connor at Kloeber discussed the problem over the phone and provided the solution. Having supplied new components f.o.c. which were easy to fit and now all working as good as new. Thank you.

We have had a few windows and doors from Kloeber over the years and we wouldn’t go to anyone else. When we finally realise our dream of building our own home, this is who will be supplying our windows and doors. My contact has always been Nick Fogg but whoever you deal with, the service is always excellent. After sales was equally good when we had some teething problems. Whatever you are doing in terms of training, don’t change it, as all fitters have been polite, thoughtful and knowledgable. Others companies need to take a leaf out of the Kloeber book.

A large installation of 33 windows on our self-build in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. An excellent service from planning/design with Chris Jones through to installation by Tony Jones and team.

The windows look fantastic; even better than I expected. Sam and Matt, the fitters, have been absolutely brilliant, working really hard all day, overcoming all sorts of little issues with plaster and windowsills etc. I am really grateful to them.

The Kloeber Funky front door maintenance.

My door has been steadily getting stiffer to close fully over quite a few months or maybe a year. I still had the delivery note, so I emailed the company with details of the product and the problem. The next morning, I had an email reply explaining that adjustment was occasionally needed, enclosing the maintenance manual and with a link to videos showing in simple language how to make adjustments.

I watched the video and five minutes with a screwdriver cured the problem perfectly.

Great service for a super product.

Daniel Davidson at Kloeber in Huntingdon is the man to contact.

We are very pleased with our Funky Front Door. I'm deducting one star as we had issues with the operation of the door which Kloeber would only send an inspection team out to look at after up-front payment of quite a large inspection fee. To be fair to them - they did say it was refundable should the problem be due to door failue or installation issues (as Kloeber had installed the door) but this did create some anxiety as we waited for their visit and conclusion on the situation. Their engineers Shay and Richard turned up and had an excellent manner and did an excellent job tracing the issues to errors made at the initial installation (which they didn't do). Great result as we were refunded the inspection fee and have been left with a very smooth performing and much loved door. Thanks Shay & Richard!

Excellent service from Chris Jones at Kloeber windows. So good to have a showroom to actually look at the product and to discuss the configuration. You get what you want then and you can feel and see the quality of the product. Chris was really helpful - picked my up from Huntingdon Station as I had travelled from SE
London and patiently discussed all the options and details with me. Although Kloeber are basically suppliers they liaise with your builders/installers to make sure measurements are correct and are super helpful at every step of the process from sales to delivery. Would have no hesitation in recommending from the first point of contact with Chris Jones right the way through to delivery. Excellent!

Best sliding glass door system on the market, delivered and installed impeccably. Service from Chris Jones (sales) excellent - clear and attentive to the details. Thoroughly recommend this classy product.

I recently bought a second-hand/ex-display door from Kloeber.
Lee in sales was super helpful and very fast to respond with answers to all my questions, I couldn't have been looked after any better.

The door arrived and it is beautiful, superb quality, and exactly as described.

I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from from Kloeber in the future.

Very helpful after-care advice meant that I was easily able to adjust my fantastic 8 year old Kloeber door and get it closing as smoothly as the first day we had it installed. Thank you

This morning the fitters Tony and Sam from Klober carried out the repairs to the door quicky and efficiently. They were friendly and professional and left everything clean and tidy and in full working order.

From start to finish, I cannot fault the service.

Nick Fogg was on hand to talk to and/or email and delivery dates that were promised were honoured.

Even when second sets of keys for the windows were requested, they were delivered to me the next day!

Recommend highly and will use again.

A huge “thank you” to Dom and Nathan for a smooth and efficient installation, the new windows and bifold doors look amazing and the kitchen feels so warm and bright! Praise too for the other members of the Kloeber team (Nick, Jaeger, Toby and Kerry) who were always helpful, patient and cheerful!

My house looks absolutely fantastic now I have my superb Kloeber front door. Many, many thanks to Daniel (Sales) for his time, support and understanding of our needs. Also thank you to Jaeger (Logistics) for his planning, advice and organisation. Everything went smoothly. A special mention to the fitters, Dom and Nathan for their festidiousness and expertise (and good humour). We are extremely happy with the result, our house looks fantastic and pulling onto the drive, I have that "wow factor" feeling.

Reiss and Zac from Kloeber came out to make some adjustments to our glazing today. Absolutely brilliant service, super helpful team and a very clean and efficient job. We've had excellent customer service from Kloeber throughout our build and their latest visit was no exception. Thank you!

Overall very pleased with our Funky Front Door. We were able to get a bespoke design for the sidelights, complete with custom etching and house name at a sensible price - something that competitors could not do. Daniel D gave great support through the design and ordering process. I would say that the hand-off to the production / fitting teams could have been better - it wasn’t personal at all and somewhat rigid and off-putting. But the installation went smoothly and we are delighted with the final result.
