As first buyers under UK visas, they really helped us to navigate the whole process and were very good at replying in 1 day maximum. We asked tons of questions and they pushed the sellers side too incase they took longer than expected. The whole process was straightforward and glad we used them. Not sure i can say there names here but N the paralegal and A the solicitor were professional and friendly

The Re-Mortgage was completed smoothly meaning less than 10 working. We will recommend friends to use KLR for their conveyancing service.

My experience with this firm has been disappointing.

Despite starting on a positive engagement, communication has since become unclear and inconsistent, instructions have not been followed, and matters have been needlessly delayed.

Even after raising a formal complaint, I did not receive a formal response in line with the complaints procedure, and case handlers continued to act despite my explicit instructions.

The situation could have been resolved quickly but instead has become unnecessarily protracted.

Based on my experience, I would certainly not recommend their services.

I was at the receiving end and still am of this firm and can assure you that if you require an unethical approach then this is the firm for you.

Not responding in reasonable time, breaching Court orders, lying about assets, applying for clients fees to be refunded and lying about the amount (caught out by Judge), threatening and harassing emails.

I can go on and on - however the icing on the cake is KLR advocating for Mental Health Awareness Month on social media, when they continuously used my adhd diagnosis as evidence that I had mental health issues in Court.

Bullying, abusive and deplorable.

I almost feel sorry for my ex who has become their cash cow over the last 5 years! So much so that I call him Mr Cash Cow when I have to speak to them for continued malpractice and they laugh!

I’m now dealing with yet another breach of a Final Financial order and felt it necessary to write the review - so if you want to spend thousands upon thousands and make your exes life a misery - KLR are for you.

If you’d like to behave ethically- go elsewhere.

** at the time of their reply to my review I am awaiting a response to an email sent 7 days ago with a 48 hour mandated response time … ho hum
