Excellent customer service from Angela this week.

Really disappointing experience tonight…

Really disappointing experience tonight at the Trafford Krispy Kreme drive-thru.

After waiting in a long Saturday evening drive-thru queue, we finally reached the window only to be told they had completely run out of Original Glazed doughnuts – the one product people visit Krispy Kreme for.

To make matters worse, there was no apology from the staff, and several managers wearing hats appeared to be standing around rather than helping or managing the situation. The store also had very few doughnuts left overall.

If you’ve sold out of your flagship product, especially on a busy Saturday night, why keep the drive-thru open without any warning? A simple sign at the entrance or someone advising customers before they queued would have saved everyone a lot of wasted time and frustration.

Poor stock planning, poor communication, and poor customer service. A very disappointing visit.

Excellent customer service from Krispy Kreme. Although I had an issue with a box of doughnuts I purchased, my complaint was handled promptly and professionally. good customer service, organisation could be improved

I am writing this for the customer service I have received from Angela, who has been extremely supportive this week.
I had ordered a fundraising order of 11 boxes to collect at Gunwharf Quays for an event I was running and when I got there to collect at 10am, no one showed. I was there for an hour and a half and no one had contacted me to say there was a delay or if anyone would show up. Not even the operations manager of Gunwharf could get hold of anyone from Krispy Kreme. I ended up calling the company where Angela immediately acted to see what was going on, only that the area manager was not contactable and that there was a delay.

As a result of this I was late into work to complete preparation for my event.
Angela followed up with me after and sent me an email to ensure I had everything I needed. Definitely lovely and very patient and understanding during my frustration.

I informed them that I also had a bigger order a few days later only to be told, less than 24 hours to collection that they were going to try and cancel the order as they weren't sure if anyone could show at the shop to give me my order.

Customer service lady called Rebecca…


Customer service lady called Rebecca one of the worst customer ever .. I did complain about the issue she just ignored me. She should not be allowed to work customer service, not nice person

On Saturday, 6 June, at approximately 12:00 pm, my family of five and I visited the store intending to purchase some doughnuts. Upon arrival, we joined a queue and waited to be served. While waiting, several members of staff walked past us without acknowledging our presence or offering any assistance, despite there being a queue of customers.

When a member of staff finally approached the queue, she spoke directly to the customers behind us, completely ignoring us. I politely pointed out that it was our turn to be served, but she responded in a very rude manner, telling me to move away. She then pushed me backwards, which left me shocked and extremely upset. I find it unacceptable that a member of staff would physically push a customer.

As a result of this experience, we chose not to place an order and left the store. I understand that the store may have been busy, but this does not excuse such poor customer service and inappropriate behaviour.

My family of 6 person and I were very disappointed by the way we were treated. What should have been an enjoyable visit was completely ruined by the actions of your staff member.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and let me know what action will be taken.

Amazing I’ve always had the best…

Amazing I’ve always had the best service ordering online and recently I needed to amend my delivery date I emailed and within a few hours the delivery date was amended and sorted for me so amazing customer service from Rebecca thank you so much

Good efficient customer service

Good efficient customer service just like it should be.
I had an issue with the shipping address.
My issue was dealt with and rectified promptly by Angela before the order was to be sent out, with an email to let me know as well as a new confirmation email being sent out so the communication was brilliant too.

Your donuts are absolutely awful

Your donuts are absolutely awful. They are too sweet. Clearly you have decided to feed the fatty western world epidemic for those idiots that aren't smart enough to understand what quality tastes like. When I say your donuts are terrible, I really mean it. I wouldn't feed them to a dog.

Wrong Doughnuts Sent

Ordered the choose your own dozen, which included 4 x Original Glazed doughnuts, however what has turned up is 4 x Caramel ring doughnuts and not the Original Glazed I ordered. I have used the online chatbot to advise customer services and am waiting their response.
