Mostly clear with choice. just a bit confusing choosing the right package. I only wanted the colapsable containers and wasnt sure which to choose. I think i got it right! Also please always specify if price is in Australian Dollars.
I have been caught out - ordering from a site that was in US dollars!!! became a very expensive purchase.

I don’t know about the knives, because I didn’t use them yet.
Foldable Drying Rack. I didn’t open all packages, but one packet was opened already, and it looked used.
4 coloured boxes.(silicon container). It’s also opened already and red big one,,, There was something like patching with glue.
It is disappointing that I bought something new but it feels like a used item.

Well the items haven’t been delivered yet and already after only ordering them yesterday I have received tracking and a date of delivery information.
The service is so efficient but the rest is down to Australia post.

Deciding on which model to buy...
I wasn't sure which model would be the best one for me, so I reached out to the company. I received an informative response from someone who is using a juicer under similar conditions to mine, so I felt they knew what they were talking about. I decided on the model to buy, and ordered online. Delivery was fast and efficient, and I love my new juicer. It was super-easy to set up and use, right out of the box. And cleaning up is as easy as the videos suggest - a few minutes, and it's all done. I was a bit worried because I don't have a big kitchen, but rinsing the juicer parts is easy in my limited space.
