I purchased this juicer last year with high expectations, but within a year, the strainer mesh broke and also damaged the wipers. I contacted customer care to report the issue, but I was told that this had never happened with their juicers before and that it was not covered under warranty.

I am extremely disappointed with the product quality and the lack of proper customer support. It is frustrating to spend so much money on an expensive juicer only to face such poor after-sales service. I regret buying this product and would not recommend it to others.

The glasses arrived quickly and as they were individually bubble wrapped were intact. Just a thought it might be a good idea to mark packages fragile for heavy handed delivery drivers.

A faulty blender and months of being told my consumer rights don't exist.

I bought a Kuvings blender in mid-November 2025. Within two weeks the rubber sealing ring on the lid began dislodging during normal use — pulled out of position by the suction the blender itself creates when you lift the lid off. I reported it immediately with photos, and followed up over the next several months with more photos and a video showing the seal failing after a single ordinary smoothie blend.

What followed was months of brush-offs instead of a remedy. First I was told to press the seal back in with the back of a spoon. Then that the lid and cup "weren't covered" and I should buy a replacement seal myself. Andrew Kelly was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout, deflecting at every opportunity rather than addressing the actual fault. When I asked for a refund or replacement, I was told it was "user error," that a refund was "not reasonable" after a few months, and that I should "be realistic." My faulty product was compared to getting a flat tyre on a car.

Under Australian Consumer Law, goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and where the failure is major it is the customer — not the business — who chooses between a refund and a replacement. None of that was ever acknowledged. I was simply told, again and again, to buy the broken part myself.

A defective product happens — that's forgivable. Being told for months that your statutory rights don't apply, by someone who won't even engage with them, is not. I would avoid Kuvings Australia.

I love the juicer, it is amazing and so happy I upgraded. It makes juicing a breeze, so much quicker and produces a beautiful cold pressed juice. I can make several juices at one time, so a major time saver. Easy to clean and looks good too. Quick delivery and great communication from the company.

I had a phone call from s customer service person who made sure I was getting the right part which was different to what I had ordered. Just a bit surprised that firstly the part had broken and the cost of the replacement. Maybe should have put the money towards a newer or different machine.

Whenever I’ve need information or help in purchasing spare parts the response have been perfect.

Very good source of juicing machines such as B8000 Domestic Cold Press Juicer we have been using for over 4 years. This time needed some replacement parts that were easy to obtain.

I think silicone bags are a great idea.
These Kuving’s bags are good, but they don’t seal completely. I’ve used them for meal prep and find if you move them around in the fridge they unseal quite easily.
Liquids leak out from the end so only stand them up in the freezer
