I purchased the Kuvings Auto10 Juicer…
I purchased the Kuvings Auto10 Juicer about 5 weeks ago and didn't want to write a review until I've had a chance to test it out.
The Juicer is amazing!! It lives up to the hype of reviews and videos. I purchased the 1 litre glass bottles and make up 3 litres at a time, with a different combination in each bottle. The 3 litre hopper is a lifesaver - I probably would not have purchased a cold press juicer without it. It takes up a bit more cupboard space, but well worth the compromise. I am impressed by the quietness and efficiency of the motor and the amount of extraction.
My interaction with Kuvings was efficient and positive, with a telephone call prior to purchase to clarify details and then placing an online order.
The juices are clean and not pulpy and the tastes are delicious. I am enjoying trying different combinations. Cleaning is easy and I enjoy making the juices knowing the nutritional value is there.
I can comfortably recommend this product.

I had ordered a water distiller yesterday and when I was looking at the delivery address I had given the wrong LPO Box number.
I immediately emailed my mistake to Kuvings and have received back a reply the next morning they had corrected the right box number.

Easy to navigate website. I only ordered the yogurt maker last evening, so can’t comment further yet.
My yogurt maker arrived today - within two days of placing my online order. I set the yogurt maker straightaway. The product is good quality and the user manual is clear.

Faulty product, company won't replace
I bought an $800 juicer from Kuvings and three months later one of the moving parts started to break. I sent an email, the first customer service person suggested I shouldn't be juicing celery because it was out of season and then stopped replying. A month or so later I emailed again, got someone more helpful but they sent me the wrong replacement part. The outcome is even though the part is faulty and I have to pay $80 to replace the part
**Since I can't reply to your response, here is a copy of the email where you did suggest using celery could be the problem. I had already provided photos of the part I believed to be faulty. When those emails stopped being replied to, I emailed again which is when you requested the video of the crunching sound the juicer was making.

A few suggestions – when juicing always check the pulp chute has celery fibres coming out.
When it stops coming out, use the back of the brush to gouge the fibres that are blocking the exit.
Importantly you cannot damage the juicer when doing this. Also celery is rather dry this time of year, as the season for celery is winter.

After reviewing your case, we’d like to clarify that when you first contacted us regarding the crackling sound, we requested a video so we could properly assess the issue. Based on the information provided and guidance from the manufacturer, we supplied a replacement auger under warranty at no cost to you.
When you later advised that you believed the sound may instead be coming from the strainer, we explained that strainers are classified as consumable components under our warranty policy unless a manufacturing fault is present. This is why a replacement purchase option was provided.
