I needed a telescopic ladder to replace my old one which had unfortunately seized up after a few years of use. This one is so much better than the last one. For a start it has a stabilisation bar, which makes it feel much more secure, and the release buttons have a much simpler mechanism than on the old ladder, which means it now folds up on itself with no effort at all. It even comes with its own cover so it stays clean, dry and tidy. It is quite heavy, but it wouldn’t be safe if it wasn’t, and I probably need to build up some muscle anyway. It’s either that or the gym! Delivery was quick, within a day, even though they said it could take up to three, so all expectations surpassed. Couldn’t be happier!

Customer service poor,promised delivery verbally on two occasions and by email on one occasion.All delivery promises failed to materialise,finally delivered one week after ordering

The only downside is that they came with a safety bar that fits to the bottom which is not something I’d generally use with moving house to house and window to window quickly, so I had to purchase some feet and fit them myself.
That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars.
Overall a good solid set of ladders and quick delivery, I will buy these again.
