Ordered Tuesday afternoon - well that is Wednesday for next day, arrived Monday ! Next day is a myth.

Ordered my telescopic ladder on Monday morning, 24 hours later (Tuesday morning) my ladder was delivered. You can’t beat that for delivery.
The ladder itself is very sturdy and has been used to clean the gutters on my property. I can’t fault either the company, or the ladder I bought from them.

Great service the ladders i ordered were delivered next day as arranged. The ladders had a hole in the top set. I e-mailed with photos and a new set were delivered the next day and the damaged set collected. Would be 5* but for the damage

However the post code on the delivery message was different to my actual postcode. I phoned Ladders UK Direct & you corrected the post code for the delivery driver. His post code was in another village about 12 miles away. If I hadn’t spotted it, I don’t think I would have ever received it.
