Great clothing and fast service will shop again.

It is exactly as it was described. The sleeves are too so I just pull them up.

The dresses I ordered are beautifully made. One of the dresses looked like it had raised embroidery and that turned out not to be the case (more silk-screen that raised embroidery) but I am still really pleased! The material is lovely and the cut of both dresses is even better than expected. True to size as well.

The dress was as expected, super cute on. A little more see-through than I typically wear but I will figure it out.

Laeyi has terrible customer service. To start, I initially chose “unhappy” and was directed to the “we are sorry contact customer service” page instead of having the opportunity to leave a review.
I received my items, decided to keep one and return the other. I contacted them the day I received the order.The response from service at Laeyi was delayed, and then they started bartering with me over how much of a refund they would give. Started low, then increased marginally. This dress is NWT, and I offered to pay shipping, but have asked for a FULL refund. They maxed out what they are willing to give at 2/3 the original cost. Buyer beware!!!! Even though it says on their website they allow returns within 30 days, they are deceitful and a bad company with poor customer service.

The garments I received were not the right size and the fabric quality was awful. I have requested an RMA for several days with no response from the company.

Everything fit perfectly. Good looking, easy to wear clothes

The dress came in time for my wedding, but it wasn't the color that I needed and the size was bigger than I expected.

I'd like to received a return label to ship it back, but have been unable to get a label from customer service.

Don't order from this company. They will not allow you to return your items

The dress arrived just as ordered. The fabric is the perfect weight and not cheaply made. It will be perfect for the wedding of my only niece in May.

I am still waiting on the refund from a previous return request which charged me an extra $15 in postage. I do love the 2 new dresses but not sure why I can't get the same quality of service on my original purchase.

Although the shipping took a long time to recieve the item (thus the 4 star), the item fits to size, is comfortable and does appear like it did on the model.

The price is perfect for me, it makes me want to order more. The quality is also excellent! Though, it did take a little long to arrive. But, I still consider it amazing. I appreciate that they tell me when it will arrive so that I get a heads up.

This dress did not fit well. When I attempted to return it for a refund I was told, I could keep the dress and they would give me $7 compensation (I paid $46.99) When I again said I wanted to return for a refund I was told to keep the dress and they would compensate me $16. I once again said no, I want to return the dress for a full refund. They increased the amount to $22 and “could you kindly keep the item?” When I again said no, only a full refund and return of the item is acceptable. Their response: “ The best we can compensate is $25, You can keep the item(s) for your own use”. I was given an address to return the item to but was told I would have to pay for postage. I again said I wanted a full refund - I have yet to receive a reply, nor have I received the $25 compensation.

Furthermore, I wrote the same review on their site and it was removed.

I was surprised by the quality of the clothes with the affordable prices.

Beautiful top and dress...the only negative is the extended delivery time

The clothes for the most part are absolutely beautiful. Just 2 items I will be sending back because of the way they fit.

I was originally skeptical and afraid these were Chinese products because I had seen these same items advertised under different brand names. I was so pleasantly surprised that the items arrived quickly and are excellent quality!
