Bought an Art Deco 29 Opaline Pendant Light from Lampsy. Very efficient order processing and delivery. The lamp is very nicely made and the price fair (just about to buy another one!) Great to have available such a wide range of lamps from a UK supplier.

We looked everywhere for bedside lamps and we couldn’t find anything we liked the look of. The selection from Lampsy is great without being overwhelming and we think the lights are quality. Delivery was fast and efficient. All in all, we are happy and we will order from Lampsy again.

Don't ever bother ordering from their very 'glossy' website, my order never arrived and there were no updates for ages, I had to chase for an update despite mentioning it takes 3 to 5 working days. Save your time and don't order!

Item shown as in stock on the website. Ordered on 5th Sep, chased and then, today, given the 20th Sep as the delivery date. 15 days is pretty poor from stock; let's see what turns up!
Didn't waste too much time looking however could only find an email address to chase item (no phone number). To be fair the email was answered promptly with an apology for the delay however since then it's been a week.

Delivery was fine once I had chased up on the order. It’s frustrating that there is no direct phone number, and the customer service email was not very responsive. If Lampsy could put as much effort into direct customer service and order updates as they do in seeking reviews it would a stellar service!

Terrible customer service, outdoor lamp was faulty when fitted, complex and lengthy returns process. Still don’t have a replacement. Don’t buy anything from this company

Really beautiful, timeless, stylish and high quality lights. They are even better in real life than on the website. I completely recommend this store and would purchase from them again. I ordered the Eik 3 Light Spotlight Bar in white to use as a wall light in my conservatory, and the single Eik Wall Spotlight as a reading light in my bedroom.
