Recently purchased two "Sponge 20"outdoor rechargeable hanging lamps.
I'm really pleased with my purchase. Easy to order and arrived promptly.
Love the fact that you can have 3 different levels of light. Good idea!
I've used them rather a lot so far and haven't had to recharge them yet.
You can move the toggle up and down to allow different hanging lengths.
I personally think they are great and fab value for money

I haven’t opened my package as yet as I’m in the middle of a renovation project which is not ready for the light fittings as yet , but I’m sure my lights will look lovely and I will post a picture in due course on my blog

I wish that I’d never bought any products with them. At this point I just want a refund. I ordered three light fittings with Lampsy on 1 July under the understanding that they would arrive in a couple of days. When nothing arrived I emailed to ask where my products were. Customer service told me that two of my products were only available for pre-order (I wasn’t aware of this on purchase) and that they didn’t have an eta for their dispatch. Although my other product was in stock and ready to go, they refused to send it out without the other two products which currently have no eta. I could get these products in 2022 for all I know.

Now customer service aren’t responding to emails despite having promised to get an eta for me a couple of weeks ago. I do worry that I’ve been scammed and that this company isn’t legit. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. They’ve added quite a bit of stress to my house move - stress that isn’t necessary!

Update: we have now received all of our products and they are of lovely quality and look wonderful. However, after the stress that we went through with Lampsy, we will NEVER shop with them again. Their customer service was awful all the way through to the end.

Received a faulty lamp 5 months after having ordered it as the date for delivery kept getting pushed back due to stock issues. Was pushed back at least 3 times. Have contacted customer services and keep getting ignored. Have been waiting another two weeks for a response.

I ordered from Lampsy on the 15th June, the delivery was posted as 3-5 days. I have spent £318 on lamps and bulbs. I chased the order up and was told the items would be delivered 24/25 June, nothing delivered. I have sent 3 further emails with no response. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, do not ignore customers, keep them updated! I am hoping this post will generate some form of response.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order as I wouldn’t have ordered from this company.
Order was late… then bulbs were missing. Told they were out of stock at the time I placed my order… they weren’t. In fact this dispatch docket says they were in my parcel. They weren’t. The company has my money and I don’t have my goods.

Customer service communication is poor and slow and not at all helpful or even try to find a resolution.

Still waiting for my delivery that was meant to take 5-7 days.... 2 weeks later. I understand companies are struggling under Covid, but my order hadn't even been processed in that time. I got a message saying it would be delivered yesterday, except the delivery company still haven't received the parcel from Lampsy.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this site. Order delayed and when I chased, they said they had an internal system upgrade and weren’t sure when my order would be delivered. I asked to cancel it and then it’s miraculously on its way now. And despite the delay it hasn’t been put on a next day service as promised it would be with it being so late. Disappointing and totally avoidable on their part.
