My first time using landmark which I was a little unsure about as I or non of my friends had ever bought from them before. The item I was after was out of stock everywhere else I had looked for weeks and on the off chance was in stock at landmark which seemed too good to be true. However placed the order and the item has arrived super quick, well packaged and I got regular updates about my orders delivery which I really appreciated. Great service, would definitely use again and will recommend to my friends and family

This company were absolutely brilliant to deal with. I ordered a Barbour jumper on 30/11/21. It was too large, so I repackaged and sent it back, according to their very easy to follow instructions, requesting the next size down. The new jumper arrived this morning. Only a ONE WEEK turn around. That is great! Jumper is stunning too.

Visited Landmark Walking in Broadway, Cotswolds 16 Sep 21 and received outstanding service from Michelle who is so knowledgeable and helpful, she is a credit to Landmark. It was very important we acquired the right walking boots, there was no hard sell as I felt Michelle was passionate that we left with the right equipment that suited us for what we needed. Highly recommend and will be returning again.

Have visited landmark stores for many years as the advice is always so good.
Recently visited the walking shop in Broadway for summer walking shoes for feet which have particular issues.
Michelle was an absolute star. Her knowledge of brands and shoe attributes, including those they don’t stock was second to none and resulted in me purchasing the most comfortable pair of shoes ever. Have started taking walks again. Highly recommend. 👍

I ordered some Hoka walking boots, for which the website said you need to work in US shoe sizes (they're a US brand). I got a call from someone at the shop about an hour later to check I'd ordered correctly before they sent them out, which was certainly a good idea to do. (Apparently 50% of people don't realise and order their UK size.) Then a couple of hours after that I received a notification from the courier company of when they'd be arriving. Top notch customer service so far!

Bad customer service and not providing refund when required to do so

After having received a pair of expensive boots as a christmas gift (which were purchased the end of October) they were unfortunately too small. Bearing in mind the country went into lockdown and shops were closed i emailed the company to be told I could return up to two weeks after they opened on the 12th April. When my husband purchased these boots they wrote in the diary I could return up until mid February for a full refund (however the store was closed)! I attended the Broadway store to return boots and was told they didn't have the size i required in stock and I couldn't receive a refund as they were bought in October! Although the note in the diary said mid February and although the store had indeed been closed. I argued the point with the manager of the store and she was not only uncooperative but would not refund the purchase money. I therefore had to walk away with a vouhcer for the sum and no purchase. I find it disgusting that although all requirements were met and due to no fault of my own but because of store closure i could not have a refund of my money. It seems all they care about is keeping your money in their store and providing poor customer service. I am shocked at such bad customer service and will ensure that my review is passed on to many friends and colleagues who shop in this store in particular

this website really let me down, even worse i was having a bad day, i ordered my wellies all fine and dandy then got an email a day later saying they haven’t got that colour even when they had to have them in stock for me to order. i checked the website and they don’t even sell the colour i’ve been given

I had been looking for a particular holland and Cooper coat everywhere to find one in landmark only to have my order cancelled after a day (it was supposed to be next day shipping) as their ‘system had made an error’. This is really poor and very disappointing!!!

I was treated in the most disgusting manner in Landmark Stores in Broadway. Despite sending several emails as their online complaint form fails to work I have received nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. Hardly the way I expect to be treated after making a serious complaint. It appears that they care only for your cash and nothing about customer service. I shall never shop there again.

I ordered a coat online which was delivered promptly the next day. The quality of the coat and delivery was excellent, however I resent having to pay to return an item that does not fit, particularly given I have paid £200 for the coat. The coat was a heavy winter coat, and I had to pay for a signed return delivery which is pretty annoying. No complaints about anything other than having to pay for a return.

My first order with Landmark, have to say I’m very impressed I ordered a Barbour jacket and it arrived promptly and beautifully packaged. Can’t fault the service from start to finish, highly recommend.

This was my first time to shop at Landmark and I will most certainly do so again . My husbands boots were a fab price and arrived very thoughtfully packaged and presented . Despatch and delivery was super super speedy to N Ireland . I’m delighted , many thanks indeed !

I visited the store in Marlborough on Saturday, I was wearing a mask and adhering to rules (such as using the store's hand-gel) - my intention was to buy a winter weight jacket. I'd recently purchased two lighter weight jackets elsewhere and one of which, a Schoffel, I was wearing at the time. The staff member I encountered clearly didn't wish for me to try on a sufficient number of items to make a choice as he would have to 'quarantine' each item that I didn't purchase. The thought came to mind that perhaps the salesman should consider trying not to sell anything thereby avoiding the quarantine of merchandise altogether. Anyway, having used this Landmark store since 2012 (and having spent quite a bit with them) I'll not be visiting again. No try, no buy. It's far easier and often cheaper to buy online with the excellent 'returns' procedures that are now available.

Impeccable service. I had ordered a specific item at a big department store. After two weeks, they conceded that they had lost my order and could do nothing about it. Still wanting this item, I decided to try this store, knowing nothing about them, never having heard of them. Ordered easily online and item delivered next day by DPD local. Item as described and perfect. Will definitely buy from this store again as I have been so impressed. Simple, easy to use, fast and honest service. Thank you so much!

If you want prompt delivery I'd strongly advise using another retailer. I ordered an item because it stated next day delivery which they weren't able to provide and didn't bother to let me know. Resulting in me waiting in all day for a delivery which hasn't turned up. Rubbish service.

Was initially uncertain about ordering from a store I’d never heard of however no reason to doubt! I ordered a belt online and it was delivered promptly, well packaged and with no issues. Recommended.

Love buying local. So popped into Landmark, Broadway, as I needed a replacement winter coat. Visited the store on Saturday and tried on a coat and reserved it with Michelle, so that I could make sure of my choice. Popped back in on Sunday to buy and the whole experience was wonderful. Yes I paid a bit more than I perhaps would have online, but with that I got a friendly face (thank you Michelle), expert advice (which I wouldn't have got online), a product that I could be sure was in good working order there and then in a colour I hadn't considered. Also, they said that if I had any issues I could just pop back in. This reinforced my belief that buying local is best. Melissa was also very helpful. What a great team! Best buying experience for me in a while - so thank you. Will definitely see you again.

Another visit today at their Broadway store. Such a friendly team of staff with an incredible choice. If you are looking for quality with great choice give them a visit.

I am giving Landmark a glowing review. They have proved to an excellent store to buy from in all respects. They offered sensible advice about a particular item before I ordered it, and following on from that the order arrived promptly via their courier and was of top notch quality. Additionally, their courier had an option to collect from a local pick up point at my convenience. Thank you.
