So far our experience has been great, no issues with the website or payment and we were informed straightaway of the delivery option and date so all really positive at the moment.

The information on the company’s website is clear and easy to understand. After placing my order, the delivery was arranged promptly, and my order arrived accurately and on time.

Although I had a few questions after receiving my order, the customer service team responded to my emails very quickly. They were polite, efficient and incredibly thoughtful in following up and answering my questions. Everything was explained clearly, and my concerns were fully addressed.

I would highly recommend this company. It is quite rare to receive such excellent customer service, and I am very impressed with the whole experience.

The website was easy to follow and there are a very good selection of beds from different manufacturers to choose from. The descriptions are detailed enabling you to make the correct decision on firmness and ordering was easy. I particularly liked the video explaining the merits of different mattresses. Arranging a delivery date was easy.

Very smooth and efficient purchase on line, with my daughter, Helen, and with me in Leek, Staffordshire.
We bought a single adjustable bed, with extra storage under the bed, a mattress, headboard and an adjustable motor for changing the position of the mattress.

Received our new bed on Friday 2nd October and Mike and Tony made light work of it. They were quick efficient and respectful of the house taking their shoes off coming in and out. Great team thanks lads!!

Easy ordering, great price and rapid delivery - all good!

I’ve used this company several times over the years and always find them to be friendly and helpful.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed the order on the 18th August and received no confirmation email although the money was taken. I cashed this up and did receive an email once chased. It advises a three to four week wait. After five weeks and no contact I phoned. I was told that they would find out what was happening. I was then told that the delivery people would be in touch to arrange delivery. The items arrived and as soon as they bought in a slated electric double bed frame I knew it was wrong. I told the delivery men and they just bought the rest of the items in. We have our two small single bed bases and headboard but we also have a the bed frame and a double mattress and not the two small single zip up mattresses. It has been a week and even though I phoned them last Friday at 9am (delivery was at 8.40am) they still haven’t sorted anything out. The delivery drivers wouldn’t take back the frame and mattress, I was told to ring Land of Beds it was their problem. I was asked to send photos of the items delivered which I did last Friday morning and still not sorted. No one has rung me. I had an email saying that they have contacted the delivery drivers to ask them to find out missing mattresses. All the items delivered, this includes the wrong items have been labelled with my name and my address. I just want my mattresses. I am having an operation next week and the bed was for my daughter to sleep on. I now have no bed for her. Very disappointed with the service from the moment of ordering through to getting answers. I want my mattresses and I want to get rid of a double slotted base and double mattress. I just want to know what is happening.
