LANShack is the best!
LANshack is the best to work with. They always ship things out very fast and use quality products. A 600-foot spool of custom-made fiber showed delivered by UPS, but it was nowhere to be found. I reached out to LANshack, and they made another spool of fiber and shipped it out that same day. I am always very satisfied every time I use them!

Took way too long to ship

Hi Gary,
You placed your order on Friday 8/22 at 4PM which is well after our cutoff time. You ordered a 1500ft of 6 strand indoor/outdoor fiber. There is a process to cutting, packaging, and shipping. 4PM on a Friday just did not give us a enough time. UPS does our pickups at 4PM EST. We also state this clearly right on the product page.
Your our order shipped on Monday 8/25 and we shipped it Next Day Air and it was delivered on Tuesday 8/26. There is nothing we could have done here? Your order did not take too much time to ship. It shipped exactly when it should have. We have proof of delivery from UPS that states it was delivered on 8/26. You're review states you still don't have your order? You are requesting to return it. If you did not have your order how would you be able to return it?

Great product, check package when it arrives before signing
Product came in on time and under budget. The only thing that I had any concerns with was the state of the packages on arrival. Some of them appeared as if they had been dragged a few miles before being dropped off. That is More on the shipping side than Lanshack. Fortunately, they were insulated well enough that it doesn't appear anything was damaged.

Long lead times and getting LONGER
Your custom fiber cables are consistently taking longer and longer lead times. I originally had lead times of 1 week. My latest order is now 4 weeks. This is forcing me to find another vendor after taking the efforts to set up accounts and such it is extremely frustrating to not be valued as a customer to have such long lead times on a specialized product.

After receiving this review LanShack reached out. The customer service and communication was great. They informed me of options to expedite orders that I had no idea about. They have great products so the shipping issues have been addressed and should not be a problem going forward on my future orders. I will continue using them as a supplier.
I have updated the review from originally being 2* to now a 5* experience for the fantastic customer service experience.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We sincerly value your business. As you already know we've talked on the phone for quite some time regarding this issue.
The last order your referring to is shipping is 4 weeks not 6. We do agree this is longer than typical but there are 20 assemblies on the orders so the lead time is typically a little longer. As discussed we can always move things around in production and ship sooner or ship partials. All you need to do is let us know. You can email us back when we email you the estimated ship date, put a note on the order, or just give us a call. We have no problems making accomodations. We see an email with the ship date was sent within 24 hours of your order.
We did wind up moving things around and your order is now shipping out on Friday which is only 9 business days from when the order was placed. Once again there are 20 assemblies on this order so there's lot of labor involved. We also discounted you back for the shipping charges as well. We would have refunded you but you have net 30 terms and this order is not paid for yet.

Poor customer service
Called to make sure a cable was in stock, was assured it was available. Did not receive shipping confirmation and called back to confirm order and was told it take 3 business days to process, was later informed the product was on back order.

Your order was processed within 1 hour of receiving not 3 days. We understand you have cancelled your order and we've already credited you back in full.
We have reached out to you to see if you know who you spoke with stating that this cable was in stock. You advised us that you did not know. We did take a look through our call records and spoke with our staff but the product you ordered was not what you inquired about. That likely where this issue stemmed from.
Once again we do appologize for this issue. We take pride in our customer service and this review does not reflect who we are as a company.
