Horrible CS and Website
We place 2 orders on July 25th, I came back in a July 28th and one of the orders said it didn't go through based on a credit card. I checked and another credit card was in the order that was not even our credit card so I tried to change it several times and could not, so I had to replace the order.
The on August 4, I called to talk to them about the orders because they were still not showing as shipped. The first time I called, I got put on hold for 35 minutes and then hung up on without an answer. The second time I called I said don't put me on hold and I got put on hold for another 25 minutes and then hg up on without an answer. The third time I called, before she started to say anything, I said don't out me on hold, she said, ok I won't, I'll hang up and I got hung up on. SAME GIRL EVERY TIME. I need my 2 orders sent, but I will no longer do business with this company.

I'm very sorry about this issue but our call system shows we tried reaching out to you several times via email and phone. It has been impossible to get in touch with you. We tried calling you again with no answer and left a VM and emailed you. When we call it goes directly to VM. The main number goes to a voice box that is full. We receive orders all day with no issues so I'm assuming this payment issue has to do with the card you are using. Perhaps the bill to address is not matching the ship to address. Or the limit on the card has been reached. Both completely outside of our control.
We are investigating your phone call to us where you state you got put on hold for 25 minutes. If you called after our normal business hours you may have gotten the call center we use. That is an issue we will discuss with them but we have never heard of an experience like this before. Once again we'll look through the transcripts though to see what exactly happened.
We'll also try calling you and emailing you again.

Not Delivered On Time
I decided to order from LANshack due to the advertised delivery date being exactly what i needed for the rush job I was doing. I paid for overnight shipping just to ensure my order would be delivered on time. Not only did I not get my order on time, I did not receive it until 8 days after the advertised delivery date. Talking with their customer service team, they seemed frustrated with me calling and bothering them asking when my order would ship etc. It was a frustrating experience having to postpone a project due to their false advertisement on delivery dates. Will not order from LANshack again.

Hi Sam,
We took a look at your order and we refunded you back for the shipping charges. We do applogize for the delay. It did take two additional days to manufacture your fiber optic assembly. We state in very large font that is estimated lead time and we also have a message that explains things in detail. We ran out of raw cable and were expecting it in sooner. Direct burial OM1 cable is unfortunately not as readily available as other fiber types. We did notify of this and keep you aware of the circumstances. You could have canceled at any time. We absolutely did our best to locate the cable but kep running into issue getting it quicker. We typically can make miricles happen but unfortunately we could not this time. These assemblies are labor intensive and do take time to build. Yours was a 550 armored direct burial which take a littel extra time as well. We do applogize for the delay. This is an uncommon occurance but unfortunately there are lots of variables invloved with the manufacturing process. We do not falsly advertise anything. Our lead times are 99.9% of the time correct. Sometimes issues arise and we try our absolute best to fix them as quickly as possible.

Poor Quality Products
After Placing my order that was supposed to take 3-5 business days. I was informed by email that it would take 7 business days. I contacted them and never heard a response, so I called them back the next day. After speaking with Tom, I was refunded my shipping and told they were doing everything in their power to get another vendor to expedite the order due to the nature of this mishap likely costing me thousands of dollars. The order was then delayed by UPS for no apparent reason. I emailed them this time to inform them of the delay by UPS. I even called UPS telling them I would drive 9.5 one-way hours to pick up the product instead of waiting another 4 days to receive it. They declined saying that was not possible.
This cost my small business thousands. I had to pay an employee to stay away from home for multiple extra days while traveling on the road. Keeping not only that employee away from his family but also costing my business money and time in the process.
Upon receiving the product from LanShack and realizing they used mechanical splicing on their pre terminated fiber and patch cables.
The quality of the fiber trays that was ordered ended up being very low as well. The front of the tray swung out and opened only to sag like an old fence that drops as it opens. The metal and other parts of the products was just not of that much quality.
I ordered this product to prevent from delays in time and budget. I will not make this mistake ever again.
To have delays in time and then receive poor quality products from a glorified reseller is just not a good look.

This review is completely false. First thing first, your order did not ship in 7 business days. In fact, your order came in on 6/20 at 3:33PM. We shipped your order out on 6/26. That is 4 business days. Not 7 days. We advertise right on the product page 3-5 business day for manufacturing. We have to custom make it. Due to your planning, you are holding us the manufacturer accountable for this? We did everything in our power to accommodate you. We credited you back and moved things around in production to get your order out.
Now your bashing the quality of our products. We've been selling that exact enclosure for over 10 years with zero complaints.
We highly respect our customers and appreciate all business but we wouldn't want you to make that mistake again either.
