This place is a SCAM. Extremely disappointing customer service and management at the Union Station location.

What began as a minor scheduling misunderstanding was handled in the most disproportionate and unprofessional way possible. Rather than acknowledging that the appointment communication was unclear or making any reasonable attempt to resolve the issue, the front-desk staff placed all the blame on client and repeatedly escalated the situation—even though I continued trying to compromise and offered alternative solutions.

The front-desk staff were rude, defensive, and unwilling to take any responsibility. Instead of de-escalating a manageable customer-service issue, the situation became so unnecessarily serious that law enforcement officers at Union Station became involved.

In the presence of the attending officers, a resolution was reached: the clinic agreed to provide me with a "full refund". However, I still have not received the refund or any meaningful response.

I have also tried contacting customer service, it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone who will take ownership of the matter. Communications appear to be redirected back to the same location that is not responding.

A small scheduling issue should never have reached this point. The lack of accountability, de-escalation skills, follow-through, and basic customer care—particularly from the front desk and management—is deeply concerning. Based on my experience, this location is a SCAM.

Booking was quick and easy, and the wait time was minimal, which I really appreciated.

However, my experience with the operator was disappointing. During the consultation, I explained my pain tolerance, showed my hair thickness, and asked if adjustments could be made based on my previous laser sessions. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was simply told that if I was happy with my previous settings, I should just go back there, as they “couldn’t do it here.”

This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I expected a more personalized approach and better communication during the consultation

I've been here a couple times and have always had a great experience. I came in recently for laser hair removal with Isobel, and had a microneedling session (I forget the technician name). All the techs I've had have been friendly and gracious, and have been great with explaining treatments and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I will be back :)

I have been doing Laser treatment for different areas for over a year now. Today I had the most pleasant and relaxing experience. Guneet is super sweet and very attentive to her work. She truly cares about her clients. She always asked along the way how I was feeling and listened to any of my questions and concerns.
