The customer service received from Layers was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t fault it. I emailed with some feedback on the chocolate and received a very speedy response that resolved my issue straight away.

After a problem with shipping to our location, I reached out to Layers on WhatsApp who were more than happy to help! When the eggs arrived, they were beautifully protected and presented, and unlike any Easter egg I’ve ever had before! Sure you might wince at £20 for an egg, but you won’t regret treating yourself to this luxury experience! Will definitely be ordering again and even throwing in a few extra requests for friends and family! Highly recommend!!

I want to be spiteful and tell everyone how vile they was, not worth the money, wouldn’t purchase again, customer service shocking…. But I can’t lie. Absolutely phenomenal …. The egg, which Infact made our Easter special. Can’t be wait to score more. And your Halloween and Christmas range. ! Amazing service from start to finish. Packaging insane and dramatic and fresh looking.

Worth waiting for since I missed my chance on getting it. They was so thoughtful and told me they have made spares so I had to grab them . I went for Turkish delight and creme egg for my hubby. Turkish delight was perfect , not too much Turkish delight. My hubby loved his creme egg and said this one was the best he have ever tasted. I'll be ordering again.

There is just so much choice & you can see and taste just how much thought has gone into creating each one (I’ve ordered 12 flavours in the last 2 years).

The chocolate is delicious and it really is stuffed with what it says on the tin! Can’t fault the customer service or the product. So worth preordering & waiting for!

Iconic Easter eggs. Great products. Thoughtfully designed. Friendly staff. When products are an internet sensation then restocked demand is high. So id advise you always purchase when first launched. As when they sell out then you’ll only end up disappointed that you weren’t able to get one!

Have been ordering from Layers treats from the start! Our favourites are the white biscoff topped Easter egg and the pistachio crunch egg. We have also ordered many of the chocolate bars too. Honestly, I can’t write enough good things. Their chocolate is amazing, so creative and just has that extra special feel. I first became their customer a couple years ago and their growth has been amazing to watch! I like to claim I was here before everyone knew about them, haha. The excitement to get their eggs has me setting 17 alarms… not even my paying job has that many morning alarms set!! They’re always so helpful and I have nothing bad to say other than please stop making chocolate that tastes so good. My dentist is getting expensive 😂

From helping at our PTA events and always being at local events, they really are part of our little village and beyond! OMG these are the best Easter eggs I have ever had! So many amazing flavours I was stuck for choice on what to order - I can totally understand why they sell out so fast. Definitely would buy these again, the fact they are handmade is amazing too!
