Appalling service.
Took item out of my basket during the payment process so it was no longer available.
Will never use this company again.
Shameful business conduct.

Shocking website experience, I was on there ordering right at the start of the restock, got them in my basket and the GPay kept timing out when I was paying, tried multiple times with different eggs and then got an error, went back and everything was out of stock. Won't be returning

The website is unusable. All of the Easter eggs are limited quantity but there's no way to queue or pre order, every time I tried to place an order they'd sold out by the time I got to checkout. This was a huge waste of my time and I'm really disappointed.

This was such a fantastic, high quality egg. Came beautifully wrapped, and when we contacted them because the first was a bit damaged in transit they were so helpful and fast to reply and sent another egg and free chocolate for no additional cost. I’m not ashamed to say that the egg literally didn’t make it to Easter… it was gone that day! 100% recommend. (Sincerely, very fussy chocolate eater!)

I ordered 3 easter eggs and they were were all absolutely amazing probs best ive ever tasted and were a delight to all who received. Looked absolutely incredible too. Delivery and packaging perfect and I will definitely be ordering next easter.

I ordered through etsy, and it was easy to pick what I wanted, and delivery was on time. I had ordered 3 eggs for Easter, and they came well packaged and looked amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't eat them, but my children and partner enjoyed them over the Easter break. They have been asking if they can have them every year so I have promised them more next year. Highly recommend

I was lucky enough to stumble across this little gem a few years back and I can honestly say I’ve never bought chocolate off a super market shelf since! The incredibly creative things that Tom makes at Xmas, Halloween and valentines are my favourite! Can’t recommend this enough!

I've purchased from Layers two years on the bounce now for Easter, I could do with branching out for other occasions as their products are divine! This year I ordered multiple eggs and they're exquisite, they're extremely solid, thick, filled and layered! Superior in everyway to high street chocolate - you can't physically eat one in one go, they're that rich and delicious (which says a lot because high street eggs don't always have much going on). I won't actually shop anywhere else, and I've managed to get a couple of people on board to follow me with purchases since trying the eggs I bought for them, themselves. They are, quote 'the best easter egg I've ever eaten' and 'amazing'. I can't stress enough how delicious these Easter Eggs are, and worth more than their RRP. I highly recommend you buy, I don't think you will be able to go back after a Layers egg to a skinny supermarket choice...I can't, I'm addicted!

I have frequently brought from Layers Treats. The team are very very kind and helpful. The chocolate is always delicious and have never had a fault with it. The best chocolate company I have come across.

Ordered 3 of these eggs.... Toblerone, Guylian and Oreo. Needed to change my original order and customer service was 👌🏼. Eggs came quick and well packaged with all of them intact. They didn't stay that way for long though, absolutely delicious! Will be buying again!

Arrived quickly and well packaged. As its an Easter gift I haven't opened it but if its like the Valentines chocolates I bought it will be gorgeous

I ordered the Belgian Milk Chocolate Oreo topped Easter Egg for a friend. It arrived in plenty of time but did not last until Easter, in fact I don't think it lasted two days! I am told it was delicious! It was very well packaged and to my mind superb value for money. Thank you very much, will be back again.

I ordered multipull eggs from LayersTreats for Easter and I am so so pleased with them, the service was amazing and those eggs... WOW! Would highly recommend not just for Easter treats, but for fabulous chocolate all year round!

Absolutely delicious Easter Egg. We ordered the Toblerone and Malteser one and it was delivered very quickly and beautifully packaged. My husband and I are now on day 3 of munching this as it’s very chonky! So chonky we actually dropped it in our tiled kitchen floor to smash it up! By far the best Easter Egg we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend these.

Brilliant Easter eggs. We ordered Easter eggs for the kids, there was a massive choice and they were great fun, the kids loved them. Highly recommended.
