I’d like to say if you’re going to Leekes for furniture I would recommend Gordon in furniture and carpets what a very patient and helpful guy today Saturday 27th June we bought a dining table and 6 chairs and last week a ulster carpet and Gordon sorted out the 2 purchases and was very knowledgeable and helpful what a very nice man many thanks kinley and rosie

I was given the advice and information I needed to purchase the sofa that was just right for me.
The sales person was Gordon from the Pontyclun branch. He allowed me time to make a decision, and answered my many questions without pressuring or rushing me into making a decision.

Helpful and well informed staff member -Karen Jones in Garden furniture dept. In Llantrisant store. Garden furniture orderedon22/5/26 and delivered on20/6 /26 as arranged.

Our experience of Leekes Head office customer service has been very disappointing. We were planning to update our bathroom. Because it was a big project, I specifically asked the driver how long I had to report any damages as there were over 30 boxes in the bedroom and my bathroom fitter was carrying out work over several weeks. I was advised I had 30 days. However when the fitter open the sink box which had been in the same place when it was delivered, he found it to be damaged. I reported this to the local store we had purchased the bathroom.
I received a call from customer service at head office stating that I had only 48 hours to check the 30 boxes and if I wanted a replacement I would have to pay again!! I was put through to the Customer Service Manager, who kept saying It is part of our terms and condition and would not accept the fact that I was told I had 30 days to report any damage. I had no other option than to pay for another sink as the units were in place and they had me over a barrel!
I even wrote to MD of Leekes and member of her team replied that it was my misunderstanding that the drivers would not have said this! or it could have been damaged whilst in the house when it had not been moved from it's original position when it was delivered. I found this accusation very disappointing from a company to be a family run business!
I was planning to purchase other furniture but I would not recommend them to any of my friends or relatives.
The whole experience with Leekes has been very disappointing! This 48 hours issue should have been highlighted from the onset!

My wife and I visited the store Saturday 20th June and were very impressed with the customer service that Katie gave us at the checkout. Katie was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable of various garments that my wife enquired about. Thank you very much Katie, your help and guidance with choosing the pink jean jacket was very much appreciated. 😊

We just had our shower room fitted out by Leekes and their recommended plunbers, Martyn and Alex Harris of QPS. The materials we got from Leekes were top class and the work carried out by Martyn and Alex was first rate. They were quick, efficient, very pleasant and trustworthy. Can't recommend highly enough.

Both Josh and Maria have been incredibly helpful in helping me find my sofa and chair. I went away to think about it after my first visit, saw the same sofa elsewhere but went back to Leekes to purchase as they were so helpful. Great service, thank you.

Katie at the till at the Melksham store was very helpful and resolved the issue with a smile 😊

First ever visit to the Cheltenham store. The sales assistant Fahimeh could not have been more helpful. She went out of her way to provide us with all the information we needed, was extremely polite and a pleasure to do business with. Ordered 2 items from the store and will certainly return if and when we need to look for other furniture.

Crosshands Thursday 18th June (4.50pm) - The staff at the till were rude and abrupt.
I queued at the till and said hello to the lady behind the counter. She looked at me but did not respond, instead mumbling to herself and turning back to the computer screen. She was not serving anyone at the time and did not acknowledge me or the queue. She didn't explain that there would be a wait, or let me know if someone else would be serving.

A second member of staff then came out and called "next", but directed this towards the gentleman standing behind me in the queue. It had to be pointed out that I was in front of him.

She then asked whether I was paying by cash or card. When I replied that I wanted to pay by cash, she said I had to pay by card, I asked why, she said the store was due to close! It was only 4:50pm and the store did not close until 5:30pm, I asked again why cash was not being accepted. She responded that I would have to wait, while looking towards the other member of staff, and then said, "Well, do you want the item?"

I did complete the purchase by card, but on reflection I should have left the item and walked out. The overall customer service was poor, unwelcoming, and unprofessional.

Kitchen fitted by Leekes, Melksham. Clare was the lead designer, she had vast experience and made useful suggestions for layout. When the job was underway Clare wasn't particularly good as point of contact, often questions we sent to clarify something were given short answers without much info. Nothing drastic but didn't stand out as great service. The guys on site came at different times daily but worked efficiently and fine skill & knowledge. Helpful on site. They finished on time and kitchen accurately built. Not the cheapest, as ever worth shopping around to get quotes and assess potential fitters.

We had our wardrobes designed and installed by Leekes Llantrisant. Jon Chater was very professional and helped with all aspects of design, measuring and installation of the wardrobes and chest of drawers. He managed the whole process seamlessly thus making the experience stress free.

We have just been to the Melksham store with some very specific paint requests. Paul, in the paint department, went above and beyond to find the right product for us. He remained friendly, cheery and professional throughout. We will definitely be back to see him with any other paint dilemmas!

A great big shout out to 'Katie' working the tills at Melksham store... I wish all people could be as happy, helpful and engaging as she was to us 👍👍👍

Don't be afraid to order items online; I did and it was a lovely positive experience.
A company with old fashioned values but modern outlook.
The customer service and after sales are so very helpful and really care about the customer having a positive experience shopping at Leekes.

We visit the Llantrisant Store and have food in the Cafe. The food is always outstanding and they offer a good variety of choices with generous portions but the exceptional Cafe Team is what truly sets Mezz Cafe apart from other Cafes. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The staff go above and beyond and have exceptional customer service. The staff cannot do enough for you and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Had expert advice and a very warm welcome from Bev Berry in the curtains and blinds department. Her ability to interpret exactly what we were looking for and come up with a great pattern and colour scheme for the rest of the bedroom saved us so much time searching.

Adrian was extremely helpful in helping us with the decision to buy a dining table and chairs. He was not pushy at all and left us to come to the decision to buy ourselves. Excellent service throughout the process.

We just bought a new set of patio furniture at Leekes in Melksham. Louise was super helpful in showing us the various choices and helping us make our final decision. We always like going to Leekes, and had a nice lunch in the cafe before braving the garden furniture section.
