Needed to process a refund of an item bought a couple of days before and had mislaid the receipt, luckily the item was connected to our store card. Jeremy on the desk was so helpful and knowledgeable he was able to find the transaction and process the refund. What a star! We are regular customers of Leekes Melksham and whenever we are served by Jeremy he is always pleasant and friendly and a great ambassador for the store.

Went into the Llantrisant store yesterday to purchase a sofa and dining table and chairs.
Liam was very professional and had a very friendly manner. They were a bit short staffed but he acknowledged us and let us know he would be with us as soon as possible. He gave us a very positive sales experience.
We’re now looking forward to our furniture delivery.

We have previously bought furniture from Leekes (Cross Hands) and had excellent service, so we were keen to return.

Andrew in the furniture section was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the mobility/adjustable chairs. We are grateful to him for his advice.

Visited Leekes Llantrisant this morning. Had a nice bite to eat and were pleasantly surprised at the service provided by staff. One member of staff, Cassey, went out off the way to be very helpful. Will be going back very soon.

Huw was very good, helped us make the final decision, and helped us to the car with our wonderful bench seat.

I couldn’t put the recliner together and after a few hours decided to ring Leeks Crosshands where I purchased the Chair. Anna the manager got back to me asked if I could bring it back and Huw would sort it out, was all put together and sorted in half an hour, so very grateful to all the team, so very helpful. Thank you

From start to finish, incredible! Sales, delivery, installation all fantastic.
Ordered a new bathroom. Michael was knowledgeable, honest and affable. He took time to advise and recommend. Also, very patient with my dithering.

Leekes provided a plumber who did everything required. Stripping the room, tiling, flooring and then refitting our new bathroom. Gwyn Towns was exceptional. He had our best interests at heart from the start and throughout. He treated our home with the upmost respect. His workmanship is second to none.

We had not utilised Leekes before ordering our bathroom but will definitely be going back to make other purchases after such a positive experience.

We had our windows and door today. What a fantastic job Chris and Luke done, they were very professional from start to finish. As today was boiling hot to work in they didn’t stop and clean up afterwards it was spotless when they left. I would highly recommend them fantastic work.

All the team at Leekes Bristol have proven themselves to be extremely efficient, polite and friendly. Especially helpful was our salesman Neill who from our first meeting, understood the type of seating we required for our bad backs and was both extremely patient and diligent in fulfilling our needs.
Never rushing us on decisions he explained the pros and cons of our selections making the final choice easier and the suite and chairs fit for purpose. It was as if the old Park Furnishers ethos of customer service remained in the Bristol store. Well done all!

Visited Leekes in Melksham. Always a pleasant experience. Served at checkout by Jeremy, his jokes brightened up our morning.

After having Leekes do such a spectacular job in designing and installing my bathroom three years ago it made them my first choice when I could afford to redo my kitchen. I went into the Llantrisant store in October 2025 to get an idea of cost and what was possible on my budget and from then on I had an appointment with Nick Hancock who couldn't have been more helpful. After doing a home survey and taking into account my non-negotiables and what was not important he came up with a fantastic design which incorporated everything I wanted and more. What was really great was the fact that I could delay the installation for a few months until I had my finances organised.

The kitchen installer Stephen Williams from Phoenix Kitchens was superb. By the end of day one he had ripped out my kitchen in its entirety and had made a start on doing the electrics. As with any major refurbishment there were some problems encountered but he was incredibly helpful in resolving these issues without them adding excessively to the install cost. I definitely would recommend Leekes and Steve for kitchen design and installation

I can only say wonderful things about Leekes. We met with Clare Dutton in the Kitchen Dept who designed our kitchen for us. She listened to everything we wanted and then we went back a week later and she had come up with a stunning plan of what are kitchen would look like. It was exactly what we wanted. She then put us in touch with Bespoke Installations who fitted the kitchen for us and they did an amazing job. Thanks very much. We are very happy Customers.

Excellent customer service from Fahimeh at the Cheltenham branch today.
A friendly approach and very knowledgeable. Fahimeh helped me with my purchase of some dining chairs, she recommended some floorgards which we added to my order. Fahimeh also offered some advice on mattresses (next on my shopping list).

This is a Review of Leekes in Cross Hands. I ordered a bathroom from the store on 14th March, paid the deposit and booked a fitter from their list of fitters. The agreed date by all parties was 4h May. The balance was then paid 19th April for delivery on 30th April.
I then received a phone call on 6th May from Michael informing me that we didn't have the shower, he said it possibly wouldn't arrive until after the fitters left, I enquired as to when this would be, and he said he thought the following Tuesday/Wednesday 13th/14th May.
I accepted what I was told with no issues whatsoever.
Myself and my husband popped into the store on Monday 11th, and we're told it was due any day.
Roll forward to Friday 15th, we still don't have a shower, and the cistern that was ordered for the toilet was wrong. Okay, no problem with the toilet, we have use of a toilet so not an issue. The shower however is a big issue!
My husband contacted the store on Friday morning and they were still not in receipt of it, and without a definitive date we just couldn't wait, so my husband went out and purchased a shower for the fitters, so at least we had somewhere to shower at last.
Our problem is with trying to obtain a refund for a product that we've never received.
According to the store, special order items cannot be cancelled!
I'm not trying to cancel, you just didn't provide me with the shower I ordered, nor offer a replacement, nor were able to give a date when the shower would arrive.
It would seem that as a company they feel it's their right to keep the customer hanging on until they have the correct order, they are adamant they I'm trying to cancel, and have no concept at all that the problem lies with them not supplying the shower!
There is a passive aggressive undertone to their responses, making it very clear that we (the customers) are wrong.
So we now accept the fact we are infact bad customer's, and we will never receive a refund for the the shower, even though its only £237 out of a £3900 order. I will however try the charge back option by my card provider and hope common sense prevails.
I'm embarrassed for you as a company that you feel the need to fight so hard over such a small amount. If I don't get my money back through my card provider then so be it, but I'm donating the shower that I've paid my hard earned money for back to you. You clearly need the money more than we do!

Good selection of what we were looking for, dishes ,bowls and frying pan.
However, the best was the assistant who served us, very helpfully filled in the shop card which gave us a very good discount. Jeremy was friendly , chatty and informative.
