Purchased a Trek Dual Sport 3 hybrid…
Purchased a Trek Dual Sport 3 hybrid bike online for pick up at the West Brom branch.
Was looked after by Jenny who was excellent. Received a call from her to say the bike had arrived but a couple of very small minor scuffs were noticed and the manager offered a discount if I wished to continue with the purchase. I was very impressed with their honesty and I probably wouldn’t have noticed them.
I also purchase a kickstand for the bike which was fitted immediately.
Very pleased with my bike and the service received.

Don't go anywhere else!
From start to finish we found Leisure Lakes Bikes first-class! We chose a week day to go, and had superb help from Danny. He listened carefully, took onboard our needs, was patient with our many questions and took a genuine interest in finding the right electric bike without any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble. Dave delivered it soon after and yet again gave us time and support, making sure we had all the information we needed to get started. It was a great experience from start to finish - thank you both. You made it such a pleasurable experience - with a good few laughs along the way. A great team. Many thanks. T & T

Frame warranty issue resolved
I had a warranty issue with my bike and Danny and the guys at the West Bromwich store went above and beyond to get me back on the trails in just over a week, I can’t recommend this store enough the service I received was amazing thanks!
